I'll have to disagree. (I don't think Greece is an example of racemixing; virtually all the Helots were White; not as advanced a type, perhaps, as the highest of the Greeks -- who were exceptionally brilliant -- but still White.) Real mixing of widely divergent races brings down the higher type immensely, unrecoverably -- India is a good example of that. Yes, you occasionally get some family lines in India who look mostly White, and even more often you get some genius, but it's not enough to say the race is returning. Why am I skeptical of the "meat right"? 1) It's trendy and a lot of people have jumped on the bandwagon to make money or get social approval -- I inherently distrust such things; they are almost always wrong;
2) We humans, as an evolving living entity and including our pre-human evolution, have been primarily plant-eaters for most of that history, far longer than the million or two years since we (like the 98%-vegetarian chimps) discovered that we could add rotting flesh to our diets, so the adaptations to flesh-eating are recent and slight;

4) We are not natural carnivores, as our tooth structure clearly shows, and we do not share the carnivores' intense fascination with, and love for, the smell and texture of rotting flesh (we do not rush with intense enthusiasm to eat raw road kill, for example, as any carnivore would; we _have to_ cover this sort of thing up with cooking; blood flow does not make us salivate, most people are repelled by all this);
5) The whole "meat right" genre is chock-full of utterly false statements, such as "animal fat is needed for proper brain function," "a vegan diet is feminizing -- you may not be able to have children, and the ones you have will be weak and sickly," and "you must eat meat to be healthy."
That last claim is a real whopper. I am raising my second set of three children; I have fathered six altogether -- so far. I have zero trouble keeping up with my kids and my much-younger wife, even though I make no particular effort to do formal exercises (chasing and lifting and tossing the kids, and going on long woods and mountain hikes are fun, though). I take no medications whatsoever. My children still at home are 4, 3, and 1 years old respectively. Their growth and development are off-the-charts excellent. I will be 69 years old later this year. I haven't eaten meat since the Gerald Ford administration.

Leaving aside the dietary advice, there's one mistake in this otherwise well-done video. It is not _just_ the state that creates inflation: Private banks do too. In a fractional reserve banking system, which is what we've had all over the West since 1945, all loans are created out of thin air, including the ones from your local bank -- thus creating money and inflation. "Race does not exist." Ridiculous. All living beings, from humans to cichlids to even the grasses that grow in the fields, have evolved by a process that involved the divergence of single species into races or varieties, then into subspecies, and finally into separate species. To think that humans are somehow exempt from this process of unending race-formation and divergence is patently absurd.

More on "equality": If two things (including human races) are distinguishable, then then they are not equal. The whole concept of human equality is false. In fact, I'll go further: nothing in the Universe larger than a molecule is equal to anything else. And in addition, to posit some unmeasurable "sacred something" we all have which makes us all "equal" in some magical sense is pure imagination, no more real than unicorns or fairies.

Christianity is the source of the pernicious doctrine that individuals and nations and races are somehow "equal," when they manifestly are not. No moral good can come from that falsehood. And it is also responsible for destroying the indigenous religions of Europe (and other places, too), and dragging us into the endless (and stupidly pointless, and bloody) religious conflicts of the Middle East. And also, as you pointed out, it's simply untrue.

I still disagree with your take. My experience of interacting with Italian-descended people and families is one of not only overwhelming Whiteness and kinship, but in many cases true excellence. I could never condone consigning literally millions of good White people, kin of the hundreds I met, to "outsider" status. How cruel and absurd that would be. Yes, Italy needs some eugenics, but so does every White country. And I also feel reasonably certain that any racial movement that tells people that perfectly-White granddad or uncle Fred "isn't really White" is not going to fly. By the way, I held these views for 39 years before marrying a quarter-Italian girl in 2019 and having three children with her -- so far -- so that isn't the source of my convictions. I feel the same way about those who want to exclude eastern Europeans.
