Hard to believe in holding real estate long term when you have been orange pulled and you realize that if your real estate is going up, it is effectively because the dollar is worth less. And I'm not too sure if that is a net positive event or not. Specially when you have #bitcoin as an opportunity to save and grow your #money without the headaches. My Big mistake was being too far into #bitcoin and assuming I could live life with it at these early stages...
Because not everyone accepts it, so typically when you need to sell to pay bills is when price is down and when you need to buy more, you're either out of cash or price is high. Learn this lesson from me...allocate a percentage every day, week or month, put it in cold storage...and don't ever touch it again. Then educate everyone else on the same.
