A new series of polls by Pew Research Center has found that many Americans, including Democrats, teachers, teenagers, and parents of school-age children, disagree with teaching the concept of “gender identity” in school.

A new series of articles by the Southern Poverty Law Center attempts to combat “anti-LGBTQ+ pseudoscience.” Unfortunately, the project is just another example of how mainstream so-called “liberal” organizations have completely abandoned women in favor of a regressive and dogmatic ideology that refuses to hear any debate.
Despite name-dropping WoLF over a dozen times throughout over 55,000 words (the length of a short novel), the SPLC does not devote even a single sentence to attempting to debunk our primary concern with gender identity ideology: the harm to women and girls.

WoLF filed an Amicus Brief to the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit on Monday in the case of Westenbroek v. KKG, arguing in support of keeping sororities women-only. The case centers around Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority's decision to admit a man, Artemis Langford, who went on to sexually harass and photograph members of the sorority without their consent according to statements made by sorority members.
Kappa claims that it has a first amendment right to define "woman" however it wants. Six members of the sorority, however, have bravely spoken up despite threats and pressure to keep their concerns quiet. They argue that Kappa violated its contract by admitting a man.

WoLF is disappointed to learn that the U.S. Supreme Court has declined to hear the case of Tingley v. Ferguson. The case centered around Washington state's SB 5722, a law that infringes on the rights of therapists and patients by mandating 'affirmation-only' therapy for minors with gender dysphoria.
In May of this year, WoLF submitted an Amicus Brief to SCOTUS describing the harm of this form of “care.” The law effectively bans therapeutic practices that do not affirm a minor's self-declared gender identity, classifying such practices as “conversion therapy” and deeming them unprofessional conduct. This not only violates the First Amendment by coercing therapists into endorsing a specific belief system, but is harmful to the very individuals it purports to protect
WoLF argued that such laws can (ironically) result in a form of modern conversion therapy, where minors, particularly those who are same-sex attracted or gender non-conforming, are pushed towards gender transition — a process that can involve significant medical interventions with lifelong consequences.

WoLF is urging the Supreme Court to hear the case Metropolitan School District Of Martinsville V. A.C. and save Title IX alongside three other women's groups.
The case centers around “A.C.” a biological female who wants to use boy’s bathrooms in Martinsville School District, Indiana, because she “identifies” as a boy. The school district opposes this, but the District Court and Seventh Circuit ruled in favor of A.C. This decision required schools to designate bathrooms, locker rooms, and other similar facilities for use on the basis of gender identity rather than on the basis of sex.

New polling shows that support for "gender identity" policies in California has dropped nearly 20 points since 2020!
The poll, conducted in November of 2023 by Spry Strategies with a random sample size of 1,000 likely 2024 general election voters, demonstrates a huge shift in public perception of gender issues and protecting single-sex spaces compared to a similar poll conducted in August of 2020.
Across similarly-worded questions, voters demonstrated a huge turn away from self-ID policies in prisons, changing rooms, and women’s shelters. Voters also increasingly expressed being “unsure” about self-ID policies, likely as a result of increased exposure to the consequences of these policies over the past three years.
For example, the largest swing in public opinion over the past three years was on the topic of homeless and domestic violence shelters, with 51.6% of California voters in strong support of keeping single-sex shelters, up from 32.8% in 2020. Strong support for letting men into women’s shelters had dropped drastically from 26.5% in 2020 to only 10.1% by 2023.

WoLF stands in support of our partners and feminist sisters at Women's Declaration International USA who were violently attacked by men at their event in Portland on Nov. 19th while peacefully exercising their right to free speech. Women, including WoLF founder Lierre Keith, had gathered to speak about male violence. In response, men pepper sprayed and beat them.
While WoLF was not involved in organizing this event, we support women’s First Amendment rights and condemn all male violence — especially attempts to silence, intimidate, threaten, and terrorize feminists. The City of Portland, which claims to be a progressive haven, utterly failed women repeatedly throughout these attacks.
The actions of these men demonstrate exactly what the protesters, and women across the world, have been saying for years — the “gender identity” movement is a front for male violence, and the men behind it are nothing but misogynists in woke clothing.

Kacie Moon: "I feel hopeful of what WoLF can achieve... A world where male violence is not as commonplace as litter but rather shockingly unacceptable, seen for the horror it is. "I am a clinical psychologist in practice where there is a high population of youth seeking medical transitions. These are kids who are unwell otherwise, with autism, or depression, many are adoptees. In my practice where I supervise interns, I have seen so many kids be transitioned, as supported by their parents, doctors and therapists, and they are NOT better. I have now seen young adults come back with regrets. It’s devastating. All access to puberty blockers, hormones and medical transitions must be removed. No minor can understand the lifelong damage they cause."

"He’d get boners when trying on women’s clothing – even modest, boxy skirts. He hoped that estrogen would give him “massive titties” so he could make a living by selling nudes and show a scandalous amount of cleavage at family gatherings. He would brag that his penis was longer than average and then wish it would grow an additional three inches (this was really out of place with the trans narratives I’d been fed, and he also expressed confusion at how this desire fit with his identity as a woman). He watched even more porn... His mind seemed to revolve around sex, especially the part of him that wanted to be a woman."

"A few days ago, I was struck by a local journalist's on-air reference to a local woman as a 'Karen.' The highly respected Santa Barbara reporter was part of a panel discussing a recent altercation between a woman and a construction worker. She is white, the man is Hispanic. The incident went viral, including coverage in the Los Angeles Times...
I wrote to the reporter, a man for whom I have much respect. Happily, he responded to my email the next day. Not only that, but he had taken the time to check out my main contention: that 'Karen' is a sex-specific slur intended to silence women. So he asked others at the office if there is a male equivalent to 'Karen.' (There is not.)
Perhaps my issue with Karen comes across as trite, given the horrific female-specific issues before WoLF currently. But I don't think so. The same folks who want males in our female spaces, who want to control our bodies in every way, including the taking away of our right to call ourselves mother, who legislate violent felons into female prisons, who support the mutilation and sterilization of healthy young girls -- those are the same folks who now control the language and manipulate discourse in order to twist lies into fact. The rational into insane. I will not permit ideologues to control language."

The 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals decided last week to uphold two similar laws in Kentucky and Tennessee that ban giving puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and genital surgery to minors for the purpose of “gender affirmation.” In a major win for women and girls, the judge scolded the ACLU, Lambda Legal, the Department of Justice, and the multiple “large law firms” who joined them for attempting to paint trans-identified people as a politically powerless group and protected class, stating:
“The President of the United States and the Department of Justice support the plaintiffs. A national anti-discrimination law, Title VII, protects transgender individuals in the employment setting. Fourteen States have passed laws specifically allowing some of the treatments sought here. Twenty States have joined an amicus brief in support of the plaintiffs. The major medical organizations support the plaintiffs. And the only large law firms to make an appearance in the case all entered the controversy in support of the plaintiffs. These are not the hallmarks of a skewed or unfair political process.”
The court delivered a blow to gender extremists who claim that these procedures are safe and settled science, and acknowledged the experiences of detransitioners.

A new petition by a coalition of physicians and organizations is calling on the FDA to take action in response to the growing and dangerous trend of the off-label use of puberty blockers in children to treat “gender dysphoria.”
Puberty blockers are FDA-approved for certain uses but use as a treatment for gender dysphoria remains unapproved (or "off-label"). As you might expect, blocking the normal course of puberty has many serious known and potential risks to kids' health.
Gender ideologues not only misrepresent these risks but also make overblown claims about the benefits of puberty blockers in alleviating gender dysphoria. In fact, multiple reviews of scientific evidence by foreign health authorities have found the evidence supporting this use to be "poor." In other words, the medical establishment is casually subjecting children who are often emotionally troubled, same-sex attracted, or both, to lifelong harms—including infertility—with unknown benefit. Or, as Helen Joyce has put it, "they're sterilizing gay kids."

In 2021, WoLF testified to the California Senate asking them to request a full investigation from the Inspector General into the implementation of SB 132 in California’s prisons. Two years later, we finally have that report - and the results are exactly what we predicted would happen from the start.
Men are abusing the system to gain sexual access to women. Women are traumatized and upset by the disparate treatment they are facing. The state is downplaying the severity of the sexual assault and abuse crisis running rampant in women’s prisons.
This prison “self-ID” law is failing, and the Office of the Inspector General’s report demonstrates over and over again why it could never be safely implemented without harm to the incarcerated women in California’s prisons.

"New York state lawmakers are pushing legislation that would allow male criminals to serve their terms in women’s prisons. Assembly Bill A709, styled the Gender Identity Respect, Dignity and Safety Act, would automatically place prisoners in the facility that corresponds with their “self-attested gender identity,” even if they have had no medical interventions such as hormones or surgery and are thus physically indistinguishable from an ordinary man.
The bill would make it illegal to “discriminate” against (i.e., deny transfers to) male prisoners who “identify” as women—even those incarcerated for sex crimes against women. It would even prohibit correctional institutions from questioning the sincerity or motives behind a request to transfer and would allow offenders to move between men’s and women’s prisons without restriction." #SexNotGender
