When asked why they support WoLF's radical feminist legal advocacy, one donor, Jaime, said:
“The opposition knows how powerful we are, which is why their favorite tactic is isolation and suppression, but we do not see our own power and influence. We can't see the women standing with us and behind us. We can't see the young girls who are hoping that women speak up for them. We just see the people standing in front of us, screaming in our faces (literally). We see the attacks on women in women-only spaces. We see the bullying campaigns that our friends (!) have waged on women like J.K. Rowling, and we feel helpless in stopping it.
We have to know that we are not alone on this issue; WoLF helps women look beside and behind us and know that we're actually standing with an army of like-minded women. Empowered, enlightened women are a threat. The other side knows it, but we have to start acting like it.”
