Besides what my husband mentioned yesterday, there is one more thing that can cause mischief when combining different services. Namely 2FA, if it is enabled on these accounts, especially this this one poorly and buggy made by Google. This can constantly make people's lives more "pleasant". Try to turn this off for a while and repeat all the logouts/logins again. It is not a bad idea to replace it with the hardware based MFA, like YubiKey for example.

Martin is right. Privileges are broken. If you can't change them back by the command he written, it means that something block you from that because this directory is in use. Try to log out all users and log in only on the one account on this laptop. Next try this command once again from the terminal. If works do full reboot. If not only from the recovery terminal or TTY you will be able to change the ownership. When the system alone and none of the users are is logged into.

You don't have to explain me something what obvious already is. It is not my business to block everyone here. But it is your and your only thing to pay attention for doing something fully legal. Legality is a priority in such case.
Perhaps you should check at first all the given informations on the profiles of the people you are taking content from?
On mine it is all openly mentioned according to status of my stuff. Copyrighted, registered and trademarked. So.. it is clear isn't it?

Hi. I can understand knowledge sharing and so on. But there is an issue with this automated reposting. Why? Because some of the content shared by the people even publicly is still an copyrighted one material. And in that case you are obliged by the law letter to first asking for permission to use, reshare and such things. Without that agreement from the content owners, authors you're simply and ordinary stealing from them. And that's not funny at all. That already you did by me now. 👎😡

Not necessarily failed. Most pages are built with lots of "ready to go" components and those aren't in many cases designed with the impaired people in mind. I saw plenty of websites totally unusable for such persons. Especially the gov driven ones which should be done properly and for all. But in the reality they are absolute trash, which needs to be deleted, redesigned correctly and made from scratch. The real one usability for everyone is a biggest problem today

1/n I think I know whee the whole problem was or perhaps still is, but that's not your or SimpleX app fault.
The fault here is fully on the F-Droid side. Their faulty stupid app had updated to the wrong version. Instead of selecting a proper v7a file accordingly to the device's system, it somehow forced v8a. Such a simple task as properly recognizing system architecture by F-Droid can of course not be normally done, because why? They trying that for years and still can't. 🤦‍♀️

That's the waf/cdn problem you're using. It is well known that shitflare is a most crappy company with the very bad behavior and policies as well. Yes, Mastodon issue it is too, but not only their. You're also a pretty lucky that shitflare doesn't ban your domain and/or domains/ip's of your readers/users, what they are doing very often.
Just report this problem to Mastodon support and wait for the fix/solution from them. You can also temporarily use some url shortener/redirect service.
