"content": "Not necessarily failed. Most pages are built with lots of \"ready to go\" components and those aren't in many cases designed with the impaired people in mind. I saw plenty of websites totally unusable for such persons. Especially the gov driven ones which should be done properly and for all. But in the reality they are absolute trash, which needs to be deleted, redesigned correctly and made from scratch. The real one usability for everyone is a biggest problem today",
