3/n Sometimes Apple's system does the refreshing only partially from unknown reasons and that's why this re-login must be repeated until the synchro fully began to work. This issue is known for many years and sadly they didn't manage to fix it. I was also Apple user for very long time and we had this problem in the company few times. It takes sometime even few days to get it working back. Why is so? I totally have no idea, to be honest. It's just is. That's Apple 😉

1/n Google account is added, otherwise it won't be visible at all.
The clou now is to bring back to work the whole synchronization again.
Only apple id must be logged out and later in. Google one leave logged in as it is.
The issue is in the new tokens which your system will have now. All of the old ones, all remainings of them etc., must be removed, cleaned, deleted and so on, otherwise the synchronization process will start but won't be completed successfully.

2/n You may have to repeat this re-login process a few times before it catches on. But after a while it should start and be fine now. Unfortunately, this is the charm of the Apple systems. 😉

Okay, adding google calendar works. Now try to log out from the Apple ID, reboot this laptop and log back in. If any other account you're using on this machine uses this Apple ID too, log them all out, before rebooting. After reboot log in only one of them. You can also try to clean the cache memory of this apple id app. I don't remember exact name of it. If you have some app for cleaning the junk files from the system, use it. On Linux I use BleachBit for that.

Exactly what I thought about. On my Linux machine I had similar issue. Cron wanted to do their scheduled synchros and that prevented me from any changes on some folders they were hooked up to it. I turned cron off, rebooted and then I was able to change the folder name and everything was all right back again. Perhaps this is going on here in this case? It is fairly possible. Apple OS is unix based, so all the main rules are that same on both systems.

Yeap.. I think this exactly happened.
While synchronizing the second user's data, something went wrong and the system automatically assigned root as the owner of this directory. Therefore, your user "rolle" cannot access the data stored in this directory and synchronize it correctly.
The issue will be present if both machine users are using same Apple ID.
Normally something like this shouldn't be even allowed by the system itself. You should be warned about that ootb.

Seems like an wrong permissions problem of the directory where the calendar configs and/or files are stored.
Your ~/Library/Calendars directory can not be owned by the machine admin nor root.
Check that please. If it is owned by do this from terminal:
sudo chown -R <username>:staff ~/Library/Calendars
Then reboot and your gmail stuff should be okay.
If you get the second errorr talking about "DAErrorDomain blah blah blah.."
All you need is sign out and in of your AppleID fo fix it.

Yes, chaotic is a very helpful thing. Especially for the big packages which normally take a lot of time to get compiled locally. Second similar way can be compiling remotely using resources of some of the available online clusters. But most of the reliable ones are paid services. Well.. comparing some small fees to the amount of the monthly power bill, it is very "in plus" for such option at the end.

If this system supports the mobile contactless payments I will gladly try it on my phone. As a long time desktop Linux user and a person who has been lately literally "kicked out" from any possibility of doing this task on my actual android based phone. If this is possible and supported there with the PostmarketOS, why not? I would try it.

No worries, I understand your point. Arm is not a good idea for the future. They are and they were limited from the very beginning, even back then at the designing table. As same thing as with the x86 or x86_64 architecture is. At one point in time they will reach those borders and it will be end of story. But the completely different thing is with the RISC-V. This one is not limited in any way. I think this architecture should be developed very much. That's the future for us all.

That's true. It is small company, their stuff is not for everyone. But they offer something that you can not find nowhere else. Product quality and client support quality. For that especially I am happily paying my money by buying from them. I have one of their laptops. Amazing thing. It feels like made exactly for me and my preferences. This feeling can not be compared with anything else on the market today. M$ is a monopoly for years, that's why they have such big market amount.

Nope, there is completely no need to have anything common with windoze and its already totally mainstreamed marked. An pretty good example of that is Tuxedo with their products. I honestly hope that one day they will began to made some mobile stuff as well and as good as they are doing laptops, workstations and gaming machines dedicated to Linux. There are also some other manufacturers equally so well, but I think Tuxedo leads the very correct way.

To be honest I will gladly see an list of non-ai powered/supported machines. And yes it is very frustrating, what the manufacturers are doing today, especially for a person who doesn't want to have anything common with all of the forced ai bullshit. Customers who pay attention to this particular topic does not know what they can actually buy, because of lack of such important informations. Okay I can go to the Tuxedo company and get something there, but that's only one vs. many.

Well.. That's not a novum. These are simple laws of physics that are taught in school. A circuit not galvanically connected will always need more energy to transfer it than a connected one. It's a thing well known for years, since the beginning of the electricity era.

Yes it does. Cleaned them already but nothing changes. Now is somehow worse I think. If I leave the app without killing it the phone get very hot and reboots itself after circa minute or two.😔
For now I will bring the previous version from the backup I luckily have and wait patiently for the support response or fix. Nothing much I can do.

Updated today to the 5.7.1 version from your fdroid repo and all I get after the app start is a white screen. Nothing else happens. In such state app remains indefinitely. Won't launch even to the pin lock screen.
Any advice on how to fix that issue?

Who normal want to use something that is a fake and yet another google driven piece of junk? It is not a real vpn, but only an semi transparent proxy. Identical one to this later implemented "for free" in their Pixel phones. But for this "for free" people are in the reality paying with their own data and privacy. Funny, that they are killing the service not long after being accused of misinformation fraud vs customers, pulled to the light by some security researchers.🤣😂
