That's weird the regex got lost. Thanks for the info, though. But if it's just one file I can probably restore the lost regex for you. As I recall, I hadn't changed that particular file, so just c/p from history might do the trick.
As for Influx, I have actually installed it from scratch and have a Dockerfile and init script in one of my private repos. I don't mind changing it to nspawn if you prefer or for consistency with other machines.

Well, Nostr is not a bad thing to worship, although that would be weird for sure. 🤣
But dreams almost don't normally make it that obvious. Most of the time you need to consider how you felt during the dream, sometimes you need to focus on details that feel relevant, etc.
Another interesting way to work with dreams is to identify with individual elements in your dream and talk/think through what you feel as you imagine being that element. I found that useful when I couldn't relate to a dream at all. Then I found out how frustrating it was to be a carrot on a shelf at the grocery store. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Good question!
You find that out through a process of self-discovery. The first step there is to note what events in your life still hold sway over you. They might be things you feel ashamed, guilty, or angry about. You dive into those and ask yourself questions about what your agency was regarding those events (i.e. what you did to cause them), what made you feel those emotions, and how you would act now if those were happening right now with your current knowledge and agency you have today. Usually these will be events that still have emotional charge for you even if they happened over a year or two ago.
Next step is to notice your reactions to things happening in real-time. This is a bit hard to describe in this format, but the goal is to find any patterns in your behavior which might potentially cause you to undermine yourself, your goals, and relationships. You'll eventually notice patterns of behavior on longer time scales. These will clue you in on what it is that you unconsciously worship.
A somewhat easier path is to have someone you trust tell you. Other people notice these things much faster than we do ourselves, but take their input with a grain of salt, because they don't know what's really going on within you in order for you to exhibit a certain behavior. Their input is bound to be their own projection onto you, but will always come with a nugget of truth which is yours to find through introspection.
I found that looking into my dreams also gives clues on this journey, but dreams are a bit tricky to interpret for yourself. If I find the dream confusing I will ask an AI nowadays to try to crack open some of the symbolism of the dream. Usually that gives a good start, but it's rarely a meaningful, actionable interpretation. Handing the dream over to someone familiar with working on dreams is helpful.

I belong to the first generation that didn't learn cyrillic in our country. I was actually looking forward to learning it, but never got around to it later in life.
But I can read the Greek alphabet (although I can't understand the words). Learned it at college because we were basically using all of it in physics, maths, etc.

Why does #nostr not handle user's keys differently?
What would be the drawback of a system such as this:
Relays store nsecs in encrypted form.
Users/clients log on with just a username and a relay returns that user's encrypted nsec.
User/client then decrypts the nsec in whichever way it was encrypted.
The rest happens as usual.

No, I do not think that about rainfall or melting ice caps. I've never believed the mainstream propaganda. Well, except maybe briefly in my childhood.
The continental shift/crust movement is more plausible, but that will take much longer to develop.
As for the predictions from the scripture, my thinking is that whatever revelations the writers had were filtered by their understanding of the world as it was back then. Where they saw fire, today we can only speculate whether they have seen actual fire, or massive explosions such as those of nuclear weapons, or something else, which they interpreted as fire.

It's a sad reality that people cannot see the disaster looming on the horizon, and even when told to look, and warned about it, they just keep on heading towards it. I've long been able to sense it coming, but it's such an intangible feeling, so undefinable, that I merely sat back and watched it curiously, not knowing whether or how to act on it, unable to find anyone who is willing to see it.

Several things tho...
1. Setting up a relay says is priced, but I never paid. It's not clear how to set up a beneficiary wallet.
2. I started a paid relay and also no procedure to setup wallet.
3. The relay (ldl.relay.maleniti.com) doesn't show up in search results but shows up in relay explorer.
Everything else is pretty straightforward, guess we'll have to address the above issues.

I've been working on an IoT project that involves handling around 2.5 million records monthly over the past 4 years (and scaling back to 2011). I'm using InfluxDB for raw values, MongoDB for cached data (with all data being cached per client requirements), and MySQL for metadata. The "core" of the project is a web app that I'm building with Angular, where all this data is displayed to end-users.
I'm also managing the communication between IoT devices and services via RabbitMQ, and handling all containers (Docker) for these services. The web server is nginx, dockerized, with a certbot container for certificate management.
There are additional microservices, all in C#, that handle various tasks like real-time caching, processing raw IoT data, and syncing metadata with an older system. I've also written several scripts in PHP and BASH, including a deployment script that builds the system from scratch.
Despite managing this complex ecosystem on top of maintaining other projects, my boss wants to add another project: developing an AI model for a solar energy company. I feel my contributions are undervalued and was unsuccessful in negotiating a higher salary, so I've started applying for new positions. However, applying for roles like "Angular developer" or ".NET developer" feels strange given my experience across so many technologies. I’m confident in my ability to excel in any role, though I expect a learning curve as I adjust to a narrower focus.
I recently learned about Nostr and, despite (or rather - because of) my current work, I'm interested in exploring development here. I have a background in cryptography and understand the basics, but I've never contributed to an open-source project and have primarily worked solo.
For anyone with experience in Nostr and/or open-source, where can I start? Any advice on how to effectively contribute to the community?
