I just tried Alby Hub from my home node.
Good work @npub1get…0nfm! I can zap from my desktop again! Among other cool things.
I didn't need the hub as a new cloud node, since I already have my own. But getting this working with @npub126n…e9ll was exactly what I needed.

Hey Jake, glad you enjoyed it! Derek is an awesome Nostr educator, and he definitely cleared up a few questions from our side.
For me personally, the answer to getting people into Nostr is a combination of things. First, make nostr-only or nostr-first content. We can't afford not to share our podcast and books as widely as possible, so we share everywhere, but going Nostr first is our way of prioritizing Nostr.
The other thing I'm doing is telling people about the Primal app. They get a wallet built-in (with light KYCnot ideal, but baby steps!), so they can benefit from the zaps and learn more about Bitcoin that way.
As far as video apps, @npub1eaz…rcgz is the closest I can find. We wanted to use them for our full episodes, but apparently the integration with @npub1nxy…avr7 pro subscription doesn't work. If it did, we'd post our episodes on Zap.Stream and save to Nostr.Build. We're probably going to post show clips from there in the future eaither way.
More apps will come, I'm sure!
For us, releasing content a day early is pretty much the compromise. But we will do nostr only for some things - stay tuned!

I still don't understand why he took so long to finish this album though! I can't really hear what required so many tracks (apparently that was the problem). It certainly sounds more refined than Time I, probably because he had more time to adjust all the surrounding instruments and sounds. But still, I don't see why this had to wait so long.
It's a very good album. I like it better than Time I after my first couple of listens. I hope there's more coming in the future.
The Finnish metal community would be fun to try to orange-pill. Like giving tips in Bitcoin after gigs or something. Interesting thought.

Wintersun was the first metal band I ever really loved. After 12 years, they've finally released Time II.
Was it worth the wait? Probably not, I'm pretty sure this could have been finished sooner. But it's pretty great! Only complaint: the songs aren't long enough.

Yes! I meant on Primal.
Amethyst actually seems TOO powerful for me on the phone. My battery goes down way too quickly with Amethyst. Is rather do the power user stuff on the PC and just have it work smoothly on phone. But that's just me. I can see how Amethyst is great if you want that on your phone.

Phase 10-11 - the solution is coin control. If you send KYC'd sats to the same address, then I guess that's a mistake. But if you don't reuse addresses, then it's no problem. Just label the KYC sats.
That said, phase 12 is an excellent place to end up.

I think a goal of following a lot of good accounts isn't really a strategic mistake. I'd rather follow a lot and then prune back ones I'm less interested in later.
