ну так всё правильно. В одном грамме матча 20 мг кофеина, в одном арабики 12 мг. Понятно что кофе отрывается за счёт объёма потому что 12 грамм матча никто не заваривает, а фильтр арабики на 200 мл с этих 12 грамм по сути начинается. Потому в чашке матчи у нас будет пусть даже 70 мг кофеина, а в чашке арабики уже 140 (скорей и там, и там меньше, потому что и матча с примесью может быть, и кофеин из зёрен не весь вываривается).

в перерасчёте на грамм больше. Понятно что никто 18 грамм матчи не заваривает, но даже 4 уже много. Тем более, что ты её полностью и съедаешь. Тут уж не отвертеться. Там ещё и воды мало, и помимо кофеина остальной химии полно. Японский эспрессо 😅 вполне может быть ядрёный какого-нибудь небольшого фильтра на мытой Кении.

Такая же история как и с матча. Изначально посредственный локальный напиток который развили в индустрию, подняв культуру производства. По вкус ничего не скажу, это вкусовщина. Согласен с тем, как мне тут кто-то сказал: "с первого раза мате никому не нравится". На счёт зачем... Ну ради кофеина, как и с остальными напитками. Тут из-за разной химии помимо кофеина, этот кофеин действует постепенно. Те кто с кофе дуреют, говорят, что с мате им норм.

Just yesterday, I knew nothing about mate. Today, I know a bit more, and I think it's worth explaining what it's all about. I'll be doing this in Russian because, for a Russian person, all these Spanish terms don't mean much.
Короче, мате — это чай, который не чай. Это напиток из листьев и стеблей парагвайского падуба. В принципе, в вики можно прочитать, что это за дерево. К чайному кусту никакого отношения не имеет.
Сами подготовленные листья называются йерба мате (буквально «трава для мате»). На каждой пачке йербы будет надпись elaborada, то есть обработанная, в смысле не сырая. Для потребителя важны несколько этапов этой обработки. Во-первых, sapecado. Это тепловой удар от 300 градусов, чтобы остановить или замедлить процессы ферментации листа. Грубо говоря, лист быстро нагревают перед сушкой (это следующая стадия обработки). На этом этапе как раз и возникают те самые канцерогены, запах дымка, табака, вкус копчения и т.п. Раньше никто по этому поводу не парился, но сейчас стараются либо уменьшить этот этап по времени, либо заменить огонь конвекцией, обдувая лист горячим воздухом. Так делает бренд Kraus: https://kraus.com.at.
После сушки йербу измельчают и отправляют на хранение (estacionamiento). Это тоже влияет на вкус. Дешёвую йербу выдерживают 9 месяцев и меньше, дорогую — 12, а премиальную — 24. Я такую пока даже в продаже не нашёл, но, наверное, она есть.
Дальше этап molienda, и он уже не просто влияет на вкус, а определяет разновидность йербы — это будет написано на пачке. Это этап ещё одного измельчения, сортировки и смешивания. Что смешивают?
У падуба весь вкус и кофеин прежде всего в листьях, а в ветках нет. Ветки обладают своим вкусом. Вот это всё и смешивают. Йерба на прилавках бывает следующих видов:
Con palo (с ветками, до 35%). Классический мате, каким он должен быть. Тело может быть лёгкое, кофеина будет поменьше.
Sin palo или despalada (без веток, до 10%). Кофеина будет больше, вкус будет тяжелее. Можно заваривать во френч-прессе (но лучше кофе заварить).
Suave (веток больше, чем листа). Мягкий и лёгкий мате. Кофеина будет меньше всего. Не всем понравится.
Compuesta (к падубу добавляются другие растения). Не какие угодно, но список большой. Это может быть мята, ромашка и т.д.
Saborizada (падуб ароматизируют натуральным ароматизатором). Всякие запахи тропических фруктов, ягод и т.п.
Para Tereré (для холодного мате). Tereré — это мате с холодной водой, льдом или соком. Смысл в том, что для такого напитка листья и стебли нужны крупнее.
Barbacuà (копчёная йерба). Ещё больше канцерогенов. Такой мате будет, как индейцы пили. Я его никогда не пробовал, но подозреваю, что вкус веника тут максимальный.
Насчёт разновидностей йербы разобрались, остались сорта падуба, терруар и страны производства.
Сорта отличаются и влияют на вкус, но производители их не раскрывают. Обычно это бленд из того, что растёт в регионе, то есть сразу переходим к терруару. Ну и тут тоже ситуация такая себе, потому что у производителя обычно одно, максимум два места, где он что-то выращивает, плюс остальное он скупает у фермеров, и потому на терруар в маркетинге мало кто делает ставку. Я знаю только один бренд — La Merced https://www.yerbalamerced.com.ar, который уделяет этому внимание.
Страны. Вот тут ситуация интереснее, потому что йерба из разных стран отличается очень заметно. Аргентинская — обычная, парагвайская — крепче (порой даже сильнее арабики), уругвайская — мелкий помол в пыль (то есть результат ядрёный), бразильская — сырой лист и супер мелкий помол (визуально напоминает матча, зато никаких канцерогенов).
Пока всё. Теперь у вас просто не останется шанса ошибиться и купить что-то не то. Ещё один момент: часто у производителей можно увидеть обозначение Especial. Бывает обычная йерба, а бывает точно такая же, но Especial, Plus или с другим схожим обозначением. Это не маркетинговая уловка — это разные смеси с различной пропорцией стеблей, листьев и пыли.

I’m one of those rare people who drink coffee not for the caffeine, but for the taste. I actually don’t like caffeine. The problem is that decaf loses some of the flavor, so I end up drinking regular coffee. But Japanese dedication and technology brought it up to the level of quality HoReCa and confectionery products, and American businesses like Starbucks spread matcha worldwide. It's no longer just Japanese tea; it’s now as common a drink as coffee.
With mate, none of this happened. As far as I understand, the product's quality remained low for a long time, and processing methods didn’t really change, leading to an unhealthy level of carcinogens in the leaves. Efforts to bring mate to the HoReCa segment started on time but ultimately went nowhere because connections with the U.S. aren’t strong enough for Starbucks to start selling mate with coconut milk. 😂
Even the attempt to expand the product just to store shelves didn’t succeed. Mate was gaining popularity in Russia in the 2000s and could have become a second tea, but it didn’t. People remembered it and forgot about it within a year. Somehow, mate managed to capture the market in Syria and Lebanon 🤭 but that’s more of an exception.
In Russia, with the current sanctions, Japanese matcha has disappeared, but mate hasn't shown up. Chinese matcha has appeared instead. 😂

I've already finished drinking it. I had about 600-700 ml. On the downside, the calabash turned out to be not very convenient in terms of the amount of yerba it holds. Вспомнил про osmotic flow. Туда уходит дохрена кофе, 12 гр на 130 мл где-то, но это единственный адекватный способ получить вкусный кофе из углей (хотя в моём случае больше на омни похоже. Не люблю деление кофе по странам. Типа, кофе такой, вот тут я буду такого вкуса, а вот здесь, в паре километров через границу, я уже совсем другой. Вот я ягодный, а вот я цветочный. Особенно смешно это на примере Африки где границы французы линейкой рисовали, а не терруары учитывали.

ну вот и зачем тогда кофеварка нужна если уже чайник есть. Не нужна. Опять же капельная кофеварка такой гибкости не даст как воронка.
Есть правда вариант воронку не покупать, а заваривать прямо в одноразовых пашитах, но как по мне так это пиздец какой-то, хотя знаю тех кто так делает. Покупают 100 пустых пакетиков и молку. Из-за того что пашит маленький они и с обычным чайником управляются. Разница между готовым дрип-кофе и самодельным по цене существует, и предполагается что в теории молка и пашиты отбиваются. Ну и плюс что пустой пашит меньше места занимает чем воронка.

Менеджмент их отсюда не ушёл, просто название сменили https://a4ivka.ru/ а программного отдела тут и не было никогда, всё на немецком работало. В принципе Nintendo недостаточно серьёзно относилась к российскому рынку, я считаю, что после Супонева узнаваемость бренда они растеряли. Да, был большой всплеск с Wii и Switch, но местная ценовая политика у них касалась только физических носителей, а из-за размеров России это сразу и проблемы с логистикой, и с ассортиментом. Это у них там в Японии купить любой картридж легко, а у нас 5-10 тайтлов и приехали, а локальную цену ставили только на игры Nintendo. В цифре же ребятки просто конвертили евро в рубли по собственному курсу, о какой тут народной любви можно говорить? Конечно все идут в Steam. Потому теперь их бывший менеджмент торгует Steam Deck'ами.
