Ok I'm gonna rant about this -
cuz in my head the model should be doctor/pharmacy/clinic should all be collapsed down into one, not separated into departments...... integrated medicine should be end-to-end integrated, not "dis-integrated" like the current western medical practice is
if you look at ancient ayurvedic and eastern medicine.... its all integrated and wholistic.... you don't treat one body part separately from the other. its this western modern construct that decides to separate systems....metabolism/gastro/immunology should never have become separate departments and scientific journals should have never allowed research to be published that conflate correlation with causation, ok i'll shut up now 🙄🙄

We turned it off because people were trying to do browser records for longer than 20 min and it doesn't save consistently on different browsers. There is a save to server option but I've been so busy remodeling for the nip53 addendum we didn't turn it on. It would be great to get more contributors to the project but I am squeezed between hivetalk, lnbits and other fixes and there are only 2 of us part time coding on this project, got another company to run 🤪😆 apologies, @npub1gcx…nj5z

it depends what your use case is. I ran BTCPayserver for over 3 years. Its a great project, love the team. Its better for enterprise use, with that big stack of docker containers. I gravitated towards LNbits as very light and quick to build - sub <5 min end to end and more focused on small payments, increasingly so as the price of btc went up over the years. try both, after v1 LNbits comes out you might find it quite nice.

I had an "influencer" at a bitcoin conference tell me flat out how much she hated nostr, and preferred X where she was making 'bank in fiat' while she was promoting bitcoin. Also she insisted that I doxx myself. Good grief, sounded more like a Grifter than anything else. Short term mindset and doesn't actually understand bitcoin or protocols.

A lot of NIH research and FASEB research I've seen in the past has been questionable, science especially compromised when you look at who is sponsoring the poster. And then there's the whole editors at journals like Science and Nature that have been compromised, with giant paywalls and lot of good research that just went suppressed. There's some really good stuff in alternative and ancient eastern medicine, but its not mainstream popular so *shrug*
