One thing I've learned covering courts is that you never sue multiple deep-pocketed defendants at once. Each has a great law firm on retainer. You get 3, 5, 10 of these firms working together and they'll divide up the work and attack every detail of your argument.
When David Boies sued all the oil traders for PDVSA, the case was dismissed at the first hearing because he wasn't able to show he had been properly hired by his client. This will be similar.

I think this is correct. The billionaires have been trying to boot Biden one way or another. They tried to sink the economy repeatedly (talking up inflation, talking down growth, ignoring his mega stimulus & growth bills, wrecking a couple big banks). And now they are all over the "he's old" thing. But what they really don't like is that he's auditing their taxes, cracking down on monopolies. Of course he's been part of the system that created & empowered them. Oh well!

I really can't explain the amount of pain and upset I feel about NYC congestion pricing being canceled just 3 weeks before it was to take effect. 25 years of effort, culminating in the biggest environmental review process possible (examining impacts as far away as Philadelphia). The current crackdown on student speech is, I believe, a result of the tax-deductibiity of charitable donations.
In a society like ours, where the very rich take the vast bulk of tax deductions, it drives them to find captive "charities" where they can "donate" money in what is actually an investment. (Donors' kids are guaranteed admission, great parties & facilities, access to top scholars & innovation.)
