I don‘t think that there will be coming much more titles that will utilize the limit in the old way. Almost all coming multi titles are UE5 and that engine was build with upscaling in mind and both consoles are not capable of hitting 60 while the image quality is still worthwhile on that engine. They should just focus on 40 FPS with a cleaner image instead. So 1 mode not 2 which are both kind of weird atm.

Wird weiterhin in der ganzen Developer Dokumentation und in den App Review Guidelines erwähnt. Da die Funktion alt ist ist der Name wahrscheinlich legacy, viel altes heißt iTunes. Am wahrscheinlichsten für pay? Evtl. auch anderes? Denke da wird er gegenchecken, ob die App wirklich die Berechtigungen hat.

Das trifft IMHO leider nur teilweise zu. Seit Apple es ermöglicht Tracking zu unterbinden nutzt man ja vermehrt notifications um zu tracken. Gut mit iOS 18 steuert man da wohl nochmal nach und unterbindet so manchen Trick aber so lange notifications an sind wirst du mit sehr großer Wahrscheinlichkeit ziemlich brutal getracked.
