Or just patience. While your body is rebounding from the effects coffee has on it (probably more than just the caffeine) things aren’t likely to be good, but you’ll eventually reach a new state/normal.
Of course one other thing to do is not go cold turkey if you’re consuming a lot of whatever. Take it down a step at a time, however many weeks a step takes. Like one week (or however long) you feel awful, one you feel blah/meh/whatever, one to recover, then repeat.

Have not been following your story as of late, has not been in the US alternative news until just now when he (proposed??) a balanced budget, but obviously he hasn’t been assassinated or deposed, but is he still doing well in deeds as well as words?
Must be nice your system such as it is allows even the words to be spoken, he’s lots of fun when he curses out Leftists. Ah, has he cleaned up his language after getting elected?
