Or just patience. While your body is rebounding from the effects coffee has on it (probably more than just the caffeine) things aren’t likely to be good, but you’ll eventually reach a new state/normal.

Of course one other thing to do is not go cold turkey if you’re consuming a lot of whatever. Take it down a step at a time, however many weeks a step takes. Like one week (or however long) you feel awful, one you feel blah/meh/whatever, one to recover, then repeat.
