It would appear that I, in fact, may *not* need to glitch inside Lord Jabu-Jabu; but instead I must give him fish.
Unfortunately, buying fish is impossible, as the one in the store costs an unattainable amount of 200 rupees and the fish in the world cannot be caught. I tried spamming A like in Zelda, but I could not catch any. I stabbed wildly at them but the sword clipped through them. Finally, a trick that always works: bombs. But bombs don't kill the fish either.
It is possible I am soft-locked and the game is technically over. These kinds of things happened in old untested games like these.

The place was staffed by women covered in tattoos. It has fallen from grace. I remember it being fancier (less women). Of course the broads didn't have the guts to kick the beggars out. I shall not be returning there any time soon.
Should've gone with the classics and gone to the fanciest place in the neighbourhood. It doesn't serve hipster drinks, but at least the staff is 95% male, they wear a formal uniform and are quick on their feet to keep the riff raff out.

...A customer is sick.
A man is throwing up in the bathroom because he was served lobster that "tasted funny", according to the victim's friend. Ramsay requests John's presence.
Gordon goes back into the kitchen and demands to inspect the lobster that was served that man. It had ammonia. Apparently, it was in the process of decomposing. The chef agrees with Gordon that they could've killed that man. But hey, it's still early. We can still have our first KN death. :gordonramsay_edgeofinsanity:
The owner is speechless. Not that he's horrified by this development. He just has nothing to add. You feed some, you kill some. What'chu gonna do?

Gordon goes to the kitchen to tell the kitchen staff how everything they served him was bad. The biggest problem this time was that everything was frozen. A waitress had told him they make the pasta right there... but she didn't clarify that, right after making it, they freeze it for days or weeks. She didn't know. Neither did the manager. John, the owner did know.
In response to the criticism about the frozen food, John puts Gordon's mind at ease:> But you can't make meatballs every day.The chef says he could make the meatballs in ten minutes, but John doesn't let him.
John confirms this.
Ramsay contemplates suicide.

Ramsay asks if the tortellini are frozen. The waitress hesitates, decides to ask in the kitchen. The chef confirms Ramsay is right.> It's fresh frozen.I have heard this term in enough episodes to start believing it's a common practise in restaurants: cook the food with fresh ingredients and immediately freeze it to be served later, when someone orders it.

This show should be a companion piece in anthropology classes. Western European restaurants always have some egomaniac owner or chef who needs to be stopped. Meanwhile, Southern European restaurants always revolve around some family drama. Then we have jewish restaurants which are a food-related microcosm of globohomo, with scamming and humiliation rituals.
This time we got an Italian restaurant, tho. :darktroll: Mama Maria's, ran by **John**, the son of the founders who died 10 years prior. He's living in the past and, despite being the owner, continues to make the pizzas in the pizzeria next door (no clue why this place is two places, but that's the plot).
The place is not doing so well as in 1959 when it opened. Ramsay is presented a plate of desserts. They are meant as a showcase so the customers choose what they like. He inspects the showcase. There's mold in the samples. Ramsay asks if the customers deserve to be shown moldy food. **Fabio**, the manager, defends this by pointing out these are not meant to be served. > "What do you expect us to do, make a new one every day which we'll then throw out?" Gordon replies, "what do you think?", which suggests to me he expects them to make a new one each day. :gordonramsay_listenstoyou:
The owner sees this exchange from afar and begins to panic. :doge_laugh:
