I'm a hardened feminist and I'm in no way "cheering on" the fucking war. But I am seeing one country with equal rights for women, access to abortion care and female state leaders fighting for survival next door to, I'm sorry, disgusting, violent, misogynistic psychopaths that throw children and women in front of bullets all the time.
Pretending everything sucks so nothing can be done, is not how I roll. Yeah. Women are ALWAYS fighting men's wars but I'll tell you one thing, ain't no woman shouting out of turn in a Muslim country. None. This idea that you can be a normal feminist and fight to have Muslims rule a country is insane. Insane. They don't even hide the fact they hate women. They fucking hate us. Hate us. You get into a conversation long enough and even the "good" and nice ones will absolutely tell you men are the leaders of the world and women serve. It's just their fact. I don't think you'd ever pity extreme Christians in your country. You know they are misogynistic. So I choose to put my weight on the side of a country where women aren't like, stoned to death. I guess it's bc my mother taught me it's weak to be neutral in the face of violence and weakness gets people killed. Take a stand. So that's my stand. Jews were murdered all over Europe. Pushed out of Islamic countries when the extremists took over. They've got one tiny, itsy, bitsy area. But if you've ever learned about the Muslim invasions you'd know...Islam wants it all. Women have to fight. If we pretend that life isn't a constant bloody battle for survival, we are bulldozed. Men will take everything from us. They already take our entire identity. Our bodily autonomy. Our freedom. I can't watch them take more. But don't worry. In the end, I'll fight for you.
