Today I learned that some lady eats sandwiches with raw onion and a whole garlic bulb.
Hubby commented that she was probably single, and the person who told us confirmed it, and added, "she's looking for her next exhusband".

We've been thinking about what we could do/talk about if we did a podcast.
The other day we got stories from Gemini and the first section he gave us were clearly all leftists being insane and refusing to understand that stealing and lying about stealing is always wrong, so if someone puts real milk in an oat milk carton and you steal your roommates milk and get violently I'll due to lactose intolerance, it's still 100% on you! And similar stories.
We both felt drained after just reading a few of those stories, even after he upgraded the style or stories. We're not drama people.
Today I thought about reading my/our books. But I don't want to edit, and I don't care about getting a quiet place, so basically my idea would just me to reach a chapter of my book, with any and all interruptions that might happen, like our son coming up and squealing next to me, and trying to get to my laptop etc.
Basically, a look into the raw life of us, while also getting to hear a story. And then if someone wants to read the story without interruptions, they can go buy the book themselves, either audio, kindle, or physical.
And then I can move on and read my hubby's books too, though not novels, and his latest book has a few REALLY long chapters, so I might split those if I do this 😅🤣
I'd probably do it live on YouTube cause I don't wanna edit and don't have enough storage to record and then upload, and then YouTube would do all the storing for me 😎

Hubby went outside as it smelled like rain, and then our son woke up from his nap and now I'm sitting in the doorway, while my guys are outside in the sprinkling rain and wind, and NOT HOT (finally!) I just started reading my first novel out loud to our son, and then he started pushing himself up to standing and stood for several seconds! I called my hubby over and he got to see it before our son fell onto his butt. Then hubby got his phone ready and our son stood back up and let go of the edge he'd been using several more times, tipped over again and then stood up again! 🥳🤗🥰🤗👶😭🥰
He's not scared anymore, and he has found his balance so well!!!

Oh, ours puts everything in his mouth, he'll even bite down and pull away with his hands at the same time!

Yeah, I've thought of that too, it's easier to plant trees than change the government, so if we move somewhere with better government but not our preferred trees, we can plant those! We don't have water here though, so the trees wouldn't last long if we tried it.
I grew up in the North of Sweden, and my husband got to take a drive down the coast in spring and it's one of his favorite drives cause it was like 12h of lakes, ocean with islands, and pine the whole way down!

I recently came across an image (probably AI hemerated) talking about the lies and truths about eggs, and it got me thinking about how many lies people have been fed about food that has seriously damaged their health.
I grew up drinking whole milk and using read butter, but kept seeing all those people avoiding fat.
Whenever I saw "fat free yogurt", I'd feel almost scared, because I thought the reason yogurt was thick was because of the milk fat, kinda like heavy cream, so what the heck did they do the the yogurt to keep the thickness after removing the fat!? 😬
So, on that image I saw, it mentioned that some people believe the lie that egg yolk is extra fat and that's why they don't eat it, but the truth is that that's where most of the nutrition actually is. I didn't know that's why some people have avoided egg yolks, and I'm appalled by this lie yet again!
Fat isn't bad, it just breaks down differently, so if you eat a bunch of carbs with it, the body breaks down the carbs first and then triggers hunger feelings to get more easy carbs instead of breaking down the fat.

We've been married for 4.5 years, and got into bitcoin shortly after we got married.
We experienced the below 16k price and were excitedly buying cause we made more than enough and knew whatever we put in we could save, and we did.
As it went back up in price, it helped up buy land and a motorhome for much less than if we had only saved in dollars.
Now we've reached the 2nd 4 year dip, but we're in a different financial position. 😔
Now is a great time to buy! But not just now as in today or this week, but more like now as in the next 3-6 months, since if it does keep going with 4 year cycles, it may never reach 60k again after this season.
Bitcoin is not our savior, but it can be used to save our time at a later stage, like it did for us in the last cycle.

Having lived in the desert for over 2 years now, I have discovered that even the prickly, poky, and stabby plants can make really pretty flowers, but they tend to look kinda weird, especially little single flowers on big cactus!

Weve been thinking a lot about this.
There are watcher cultures like California where people watch other people's business,
And there are minded cultures where people mind their own business.
We found that a lot of the people, especially in the rural areas of Arizona are more mindrs, however, the government are watchers!
It seems like Wyoming might have both government and people primarily being minders. So we're very curious if that might be a better state for us.
One mayor way we do it is by thinking of it like dating, if we date a town/city/state/region and don't like more than 30%, or there are dealbreakers, we move on. We did the same with churches in our area. We have a few deal breakers we won't compromise on, and we keep looking until we find a place and community that don't cross those deal breakers, and that we like 70-80% of, cause we'll never like 100%.

We went to a Buc-ees once. We had seen the Babylon bee miniseries of Californians move to Texas, so we had to! It was too fun to skip when we passed one!
There were so many gas pumps outside, and the inside looked like a mini mall!

He's 44 weeks / 10 months and a week. How old is yours?
Ours has been standing up using furniture for at least 2 months.
This time I was laying down, and he pushed himself up some but then he was taller than my leg so he went the rest if the way in his own. I had just enough time to check that he wasn't touching anything else, cause he usually leans against something if he goes hands free, but not this time 🥰

So far our son is easy... but he's starting to want to go places I don't want to go, or want him to go unattended, like the stept by the door... I caught him getting through my barriers night, but when I came to pick him up and bring him away from them, he grabbed by hands and used me to step down... he melted my desire to move him so I followed his lead and then brought him to tell his dad, cause it was too cute 🤣
But yeah, I think I'd probably need to be more aware of markers and such in other people's places than ours too, cause we don't keep anything like that accessible.

It's not that hard to keep kids quiet, just always have snacks 😇🤣🤣🤣
Though giving them directly to other people's kids is apparently frowned upon, so just give them to the moms next time, to distribute to their kids.

I almost gave myself a new noshole, not to be confused with @nprofile…wl7z
My 10 month old son will sometimes put his open mouth over my nose as his version of play eating.
Well, this time be was above my head as I was laying down and he tipped to the side as he did so he scratched my nose with his teeth, which hurt, but that's not where the extra noshole came from!
As he tipped, I quickly moved my hands towards him to catch him and reduce the pain, but instead I accidentally somehow got my own thumbnail into one of my nostrils and almost gave it a 2nd entrance 😖🥴😅
I'm fine, my son's fine, and he did it to me again a few seconds later from a better angle where he didn't tip from, but I still felt a bit of his sharp teeth 😅😬👶

Aah, my leg still hurts where I sliced a layer of skin of when my hubby said there were people at our door on Friday as I was walking in that direction and I threw myself back towards the bedroom and cut myself on something 😅
Turned out Jehovah's witnesses had found our place, but they left before we got to the door and left a pamphlet. Not worth it!

Here's a key to a happy connected marriage that I realize not everyone is aware is possible:
If I ever find myself getting caught on thinking negatively about my husband or thinking how I could have responded after an uncomfortable conversation with my husband, I say "No", because I refuse to engage in those thoughts.
If there is something I actually need to bring up, I've probably already done it, or my husband caught himself and already apologized and I forgave him!
So, any such thoughts are not Gods thoughts, nor are they productive and loving thoughts, so I stop them and I choose to think about the good things, how amazing my husband is, or how grateful I am that I got him as MY husband!

In my 20s while visiting the US, I'd get nutella cause it was a nice treat that sometimes came from Canada so it didn't have high fructose corn syrup in it, so it was basically healthy... right?! 😅
They've gotten way too expensive now, so even if I've wanted it, it's been years since I last had some.
I've had cheese puffs but I'm not sure I've ever had cheese balls in America. I probably have at some party, but unless we got some really early in our marriage, I haven't had American ones, so that's been years as well.

If you drive 112 kilometers per hour, you're simultaneously driving 70 miles per hour...
My mom bought a previously imported from America car, and 70 mph was much bigger and easier to see than 110 km/h which is what the speed limit usually is on highways in Sweden. 😇

Saw a bumper sticker that read, "Do you follow Jesus this close?" And I was tempted to run up and get into their vehicle and say, "no I follow him THIS close" 😅🤣
