@nprofile…2jfw now, that all said... I'd LOVE for custom roms to be a thing again... It was one of my favorite pass times is playing with various roms. But I scratch that itch with Linux on my laptop now, and accept that the phones are.... A lost cause. And probably best as strictly communication devices, sms, tele, etc... leave the computing to computers and such, not phones... Let phones be phones. Stop trying to mold others to your will and opinion.

Microsoft and Apple have a lot of products for you.. LoL. May as well compel Linux foundation or Linux himself to do better for mobile devices, since they are the real slackers here.. right? You are only holding an android device because Google paid the upfront cost. Appreciate what you have, or use/build something else.

Clearly people aren't ready for #Linux phones, but what about old android forks? Is #chromium a viable android option?
