Before you entrust your health to what the Medical/Nutrition literatures "shows", you might want to consider that a large % is complete, made up bullshit.
If a Nobel prize winner would do this, then who wouldn't?

10 Tenets of Health (v0.5)
Simple principles grounded in ancestral wisdom that are practical and applicable in the modern world
1. Save your time in hard money (#bitcoin)
2. Adopt a low time preference, do something everyday to improve your health
3. Align your daily rhythm with sunlight
4. Eat local, seasonal foods grown naturally in healthy soil (especially high quality meat) & drink living water from a natural source
5. Spend at least 5% of waking hours alone in solitude
6. Spend less than 10% of waking hours sitting in a chair
7. Spend at least 10% of waking hours walking outside (barefoot or in natural shoes)
8. Spend at least 10% of waking hours in nature
9. Develop at least 5 deep and meaningful relationships, prioritize in person connection
10. Reduce exposure to propaganda and social media algorithms
