Re-read the Genesis text.
1. YHWH/YHVH (Yahweh/Yehovah) threaten them they would day on the day they ate it, they did not
2. Adam lived for over 900 years
3. YHWH/YHVH (Yahweh/Yehovah) admitted that Adam would continue to live forever if they had access to the tree of life, and removed access to said tree
4. That action was what led them to die, not eating the fruit
You're trying to view the actions of YHWH/YHVH (Yahweh/Yehovah) in Eden through the lens of a completely out of context story, to which I might add, does not even relate in any way.
I understand the need to continue to justify the narrative that you've been told, that YHWH/YHVH (Yahweh/Yehovah) did not lie - but that simply is not the case, as per the text - which it clearly states.
I can only say that I would encourage you to pray and ask the Holy Spirit to remove any veil from your eyes and read the text without any dogma, bias and with an open mind - reading it for what it is, and not reading it and then applying a narrative layer over the top to 'explain away' the obvious.
Once you see it, you can't unsee it.

Again, it’s the same situation, by a lawyer, an attempt to test/trick Jesus (Yeshua) they wanted Him to fail (by the Laws).

To answer this questions we need to know;
1. Who was Jesus speaking to? ("Your father...")
2. Who was committing murder from the beginning?
3. Who was lying from the beginning?
The first one should be easy, Jesus was speaking to the Pharisees [Jewish Leaders]. Everyone knows who the Jews' Father is - it's YHWH.
The second AND third one are linked.
Let's see it in the text for ourselves...
Firstly, YHWH commanded Adam [mankind] not to eat from the tree of knowledge;
And the Lord God [YHWH Elohim] commanded the man, saying, “You may surely eat of every tree of the garden, but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die.”
- Genesis 2:16–17
In contrast, the nachash stated that they won't die;
But the serpent [nachash] said to the woman, “You will not surely die. For God [Elohim] knows that when you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God [Elohim], knowing good and evil.”

The end result was interesting;
...she took of its fruit and ate, and she also gave some to her husband who was with her, and he ate. Then the eyes of both were opened...

Remember, YHWH said "for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die" - did they die on that day of eating it? No, no they did not.
How do we know this? Because we see that Adam lived for hundreds of years after this event - he had his son Seth at the age of 130 and later died at 930 years of age;
When Adam had lived 130 years, he fathered a son in his own likeness, after his image, and named him Seth. The days of Adam after he fathered Seth were 800 years; and he had other sons and daughters. Thus all the days that Adam lived were 930 years, and he died.

So, who died, and how did they die?
Adam died, but not the day they ate from the tree of knowledge.
They died because YHWH prevented them access to the tree of life;
Then the Lord God [YHWH Elohim] said, “Behold, the man has become like one of us in knowing good and evil. Now, lest he reach out his hand and take also of the tree of life and eat, and live forever—” therefore the Lord God [YHWH Elohim] sent him out from the garden of Eden to work the ground from which he was taken. This answers both questions 2 and 3;
Who lied?
Who murdered?
YHWH said they would die in that day, they did not.
YHWH sent them away and prevented access to the tree of life (to die).
This is now extremely unsettling to many people.
We have just found out that YHWH lied and arranged their death.
Is this true? Read it in your own Bible.
Looping it back to the questions
1. Who was Jesus speaking to? The Jews, whose Father is YHWH
2. Who was committing murder from the beginning? YHWH
3. Who was lying from the beginning? YHWH
This means Jesus was literally calling YHWH the Devil/Satan.
This lines up also with what took place in Eden, as seen above.

Mount Hermon is where the infamous 200 Watchers swore an oath to create giant demigods to destroy the purity of mankind and lead us away from our destiny. The great usurpation had begun.
This event is seen in both Genesis and 1 Enoch:

These Watchers [sons of God/Bene Elohim] are currently awaiting their judgement for their rebellion:

It's important to note that at the base of Mount Hermon is the location for the Pan Temple at the Rock of the Gods. In the centre, there is a huge cave called the Gates of Hades (hell) because it is this gate that Baal would have used to enter and leave the underworld.
This location is also where Jesus spoke the famous words to Peter;
on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

This statement was a double entendre; not only was Jesus talking to Peter (his name means rock), but he was at the foot of Mount Hermon!
Jesus was declaring a cosmic war of taking back the nations from these rebellious sons of God and their bastard offspring.
One day, we will judge these divine rebels, however, along with their offspring [Nephilim], they will do everything in their power to prevent that from happening.

Lets look at the scripture that people will use for this;
But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.

This describes the people of God - those who place their trust in Christ - using language formerly used of Israel.
In the OT, beginning with the exodus narrative, the people of Israel are often described as a nation chosen by YHWH to serve as a priesthood (see Exod 19:5–6; Deut 4:20; 7:6; 14:2; Isa 43:20–21).
This language is now applied to believers in Jesus since they are connected to the cornerstone, Christ, and belong to the chosen people of God (1 Pet 2:9–10).

The greatest fear any man should have is hearing Jesus declare "I never knew you".
This is something you can work on daily. Everyone sins, but it's the knowledge of it and what you do with that knowledge that matters. Repentance vs arrogance.

Is God talking to himself in Genesis while creating mankind? Or are there other beings Eden at the time of creation?

Traditionally we are told that this is God talking to himself - among the Trinity (Father, Son, Holy Spirit), however, there is more going on here than a schizophic God.
If you look at the original text; Elohim (God) is plural by default, and whether it's talking about a single being or multiple is dependent on the context. Therefore, the context for this verse is plural because it says "Let us" - there is more than one being in view here.
God is talking to His Divine Council,
His heavenly family.
A common push-back I get from people is that I am adding to the text to say it was the Divine Council in view here, however, in addition to the above explanation around 'Elohim', there is scripture that backs this up...
“Where were you when I laid the foundation of the earth?
...when the morning stars sang together
and all the sons of God [Bene Elohim] shouted for joy?"
- Job 38:4-7
This proves that there were indeed other beings at creation of mankind.
What makes more sense here for Genesis 1:26;
- The omniscient God talking to himself?
- Or that He was talking to His Divine Family/Council?

It’s a common modern view that YHWH and El-yon are the same being... But what if they’re not?
Deuteronomy says El-yon (the Most High) divided mankind according to the number of the sons of God (which works out to be around 70 going by The Table of Nations) and then YHWH.
So, all sons of God are said to have rebelled... except YHWH? What if YHWH isn’t who we think (or are lead to believe) he is?
In Revelation we see a scroll that no one can open...
"And I saw a mighty angel proclaiming with a loud voice, “Who is worthy to open the scroll and break its seals?”
- Rev 5:2
But we see that Jesus is able to!
And one of the elders said to me, “Weep no more; behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has conquered, so that he can open the scroll and its seven seals.”
- Revelation 5:5
What if this scroll is the contract for humanity that only Jesus, through fulfilling YHWH’s laws, allows him the ability to reclaim mankind!
Note, before the final take down of the enemy (Satan/Devil), a 3rd temple is to be built and he will be seated in the temple declaring themselves God! (2 Thess 2:1-4)
Who demanded the 1st and 2nd temple?
Who told us that we’re now His temple?
Is there a pattern for who would then be in the 3rd?
There is also to be a great final deception though...
What greater deception than to have everyone, especially the Christians worshipping the WRONG God!
This is why it's so important that the discussion around who YHWH really is continues and that all the Bible believing Christians out there are able to be open minded to look at the scriptures/text, as it is, without any doctrine/dogma overshadowing it.

For all you Christians who believe that there is a NWO and Global Cabal, do you [not] think it's strange that they're all about labelling anyone who critics Israel as an antisemite? Isn't that akin to progressives labelling you a 'Nazi' to try and shut you down and silence you?
If YHWH was the adversary, would it not make sense that he would do everything in his power to FORCE the world to worship him? And demonise anyone who attempts to label him as the adversary?
Would it not make sense that he is getting his nation (Deut 32) to re-build the temple so that he may have sacrifices performed again and that he would be the one that would come and declare himself as God?
The behaviour of Jesus vs YHWH is so obvious that you literally have to jump through hoops and have blind folders on to ignore the terrible things that YHWH did in the OT.
Jesus Christ is the King of Kings, the Lord of Lords.
The one who did NO terrible things.
It's not complicated, and it's crystal clear.

Did you know that Pentecost is directly linked to the Tower of Babel?
After Babel, God disinherited the nations of the World to the sons of God;
Deuteronomy 32:8–9 (ESV):
When the Most High [El-yon] gave to the nations their inheritance,
when he divided mankind,
he fixed the borders of the peoples
according to the number of the sons of God [Bene Elohim].
But YHWH’s portion is his people,
Jacob his allotted heritage.
These sons of God rebelled against the Most High due to their treatment of mankind and consequently judged;
Psalm 82:1 (ESV):
God [Elohim] has taken his place in the divine council;
in the midst of the gods [Elohim] he holds judgment
Psalm 82:6–7 (ESV):
I said, “You are gods [Elohim],
sons of the Most High [Bene El-yon], all of you;
nevertheless, like men you shall die,
and fall like any prince.”
This is all part of the second incursion from rebellious sons of God; this time their judgement was that they will now die like men.
So how I hear you ask, how is this related to Pentecost? Well, each nation ruled by these sons of God had a different language. It was part of the aftermath of the Tower of Babel. In fact, YHWH initiated this;
Genesis 11:9 (ESV):
YHWH confused the language of all the earth. And from there YHWH dispersed them over the face of all the earth.
When the Holy Spirit came at Pentecost like fire, the gift of speaking in tongues was given to those present;
Acts 2:2–4 (ESV):
…a mighty rushing wind, and it filled the entire house where they were sitting. And divided tongues as of fire appeared to them and rested on each one of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit gave them utterance.
After this they each started speaking languages of all the nations, and the crowd of people there were also from those nations!
Acts 2:5–6 (ESV):
Now there were dwelling in Jerusalem Jews, devout men from every nation under heaven. And at this sound the multitude came together, and they were bewildered, because each one was hearing them speak in his own language.
This allowed them to spread the good news of Jesus Christ; that He is now bringing together all the once disinherited nations back into the family of God!
Acts 2:11 (ESV):

Ps. Gordon hit all the nails on their heads, and I see he's a student of Dr Michael Heiser, as am I. The very books he recommended, are in my lists in my bio.
Kudos to him for diving head first into the scriptures and presenting the text exactly as it is, without fearing of it's supernatural context.
Additional kudos for also mentioning L.A. Marzulli, and going down the path of even mentioning the elongated skulls and the giants of America, and the Nephilim/demons of today.
Please tell Ps Gordon that I appreciate and applaud his courage for sharing his convictions around these topics in his local church. This is extremely important to know in these days.

As a new believer, the best thing to do is read the Gospels and get to really know what Jesus did and said - suggest to start with John.
I always start by asking the Holy Spirit to help me understand and bring to light His word.
When you are ready to dig deeper, highly recommend you read Dr Michael Heisers book 'The Unseen Realm', or there is also a smaller version called 'The Supernatural' - I prefer the former as it goes into great detail. It will open your eyes the cosmic war we're all apart of that is seen from Genesis to Revelation.

For those who have the Divine Council world view understanding of scripture, I have a thought exercise for you.
First for context - key scripture/verse:

I think the problem on a whole is the battery technology across all devices, including cars. That technology must advance. Solid state is coming.
At least Tesla has a battery recycling programme, but there is so much FUD around that which is unjustified. Just like Apple does for their devices.
However, in saying all that, they do solve many issues, including maintenance. There are few parts in an EV that require maintenance. As well as being able to have features added via software updates and making it even more efficient.
Not to mention the future of self driving advancements.

While the latter was my opinion on the product, the former is an actual fact. If you look up the stats of fastest selling cars around the world, the Model 3 and Y will be top of the list.
BYD (Chinese company) are also there, thanks to Elon making the Tesla designs open source, and the nature of Chinese choosing them over an American company in their own country.
