If you’ve been meditating, doing breathwork, somatics, cold plunge, the detoxes etc etc etc and you’re still feeling stuck or on a perpetual healing cycle or not living how you want
Your addicted to your tools and your using them as a form of escapism
You keep using them because they feel good and it makes you believe you’re making progress without having to take any real action like placing the boundary or leaving that unhealthy relationship.

My little bear woke up at 430 am this morning - she went to bed at 6PM. Old version of me would’ve been PISSED. New version of me went “ let’s rest for 30 mins then let’s make the most of it with a sunrise walk on the beach”
I’ve found that the uncommon “annoying” things we tend to normalize as parents actually hold many gifts for us (like an empty beach) but I wouldn’t be able to get there if I didn’t simply accept the situation and lean into making the most of it 💛 #consciousparenting #motherhood #newmama

When I gave birth to my daughter Willow, my partner and I were clear that we wanted her to be the least involved in the system and we opted out of a SIN.
I believe and think that Bitcoin actually starts at birth.
The way we birth (in a hospital or not)
The way #bitcoinbabies are raised.
The way we choose to parent and the standards we hold ourselves too which I now can see (her being almost 9 months) can be quite challenging BUT very worth it.
