I agree, the UX of Primal is smoother and more appealing. If they scrapped asking for my details to connect a wallet then that would for sure be my Nostr client of choice. Until then though… the future is bright and it’s still extremely early, so excited to see how this space expands 🫡

If your intention is to end up at CC or other, like you say, then why waste time with a company that has floors in its security software. You might as well save that money and put it towards a better device that you intend to keep for the long run.

This is something I’m seriously looking into. As an aspiring Ultra runner with my next event booked in for May next year, I’m cautious in making the change and the effect it will have on me with training in the short term, but also would need to look at food intake for the actual events. Currently it’s all fast digesting sugars whilst racing for instant energy obviously.
I’ll need to practise getting in to the checkpoints and chowing down on some steaks 🥩 😂

This is the plan yes. Do maybe two different flavour and split them into air tight containers. Batch make them, enough for a fortnight/month. We haven’t done this yet. Still in the researching phase. We have a new kitchen in the pipeline and this combined with a food rabbit hole is really giving us motivation to make these changes. For the kids health if nothing else..

It really is hard. It’s so easy to say and plan but to implement and put it into real life is hard. That’s why I’m committed to breaking this cycle of sh*t food by introducing one small step at a time. Cooking oil changed, butter, more meat meals, less snacks in the draws, organic fruit (sugar I know) but hopefully a lot healthier with less pesticides etc being absorbed.
It’s a long road ahead, but we are heading in the right direction. We owe it to the kids to do our upmost for their future 🧡

I have many questions about the carnivore diet and it’s something I’ve been meaning to look into for a while.
I’m going to start by trying some self directed learning with @npub1gdu…6nak book on Fiat foods and also a book I got recommended called genius foods. I may just have to add your book to the list too 😉. Are you on/planning to go on any podcasts to share your story??
