Fair comment. Would I choose them over biltong or jerky? No. But I actually like the nuttiness and flavour. A lot to be said about how quickly you can produce useable amounts of food too.

Finally felt happy with my current bench set a.k.a they felt easy, so I added more. Also a PB on a upright row set! I just tried it with what was left on the bar by another user and turns out that I can lift 7 extra kg!

Squat 2x30lb - 8, 8, 8 (almost too hard to lift the dumbells up safely)
