I was previously running a routing node. Learned a lot, but in the end I felt it wasn’t worth the time to keep it running and I didn’t enjoy having liquidity tied up and outside of cold storage.
I did spin up a new node using Alby Hub over the weekend though. Very convenient and I use it as walk around cash, and also let’s me accept payments on my website connecting to my btcpay via NWC. Just paid a few sats to get the incoming liquidity.

Spent the weekend tinkering.
Set up a new ⚡ node using @npub1get…0nfm Hub. Works great and links to my @npub155m…dcvg through NWC. Zaps and payments on my website are now self-custodial and fully peer-to-peer.
Also downloaded @npub1tm9…xn72 for the fully private DM's. Integrated Cashu wallet is very interesting too.
These geniuses are building an uncensorable future and it's really very exciting.

Like this tree, I’ve always been a misfit. I never quite fit in, living on the edges of the system and felt like I was on the outside looking in. Picking up a camera therefore felt like the most natural thing in the world.
Same reason I later discovered bitcoin.

Anyone else using Arc web browser? I’ve just spent a few hours discovering it this morning, and it’s like having a new computer!!
Its layout also encourages visiting saved websites too, rather than finding everything through a search engine or Web 2.0.
It’s definitely gonna boost productivity.

Recently started making my own frames so, as the photographer, I am responsible for every single stage of the creative process and final piece.
Here we have pine, finished with Indian Ink followed by a satin hard wax oil.
This size is particularly good with the A2 borderless print. Still work to be done perfecting my mat cutting skills. But very close!!
