fucking hell though i was trying to generate my own /usr/share/pam-configs/ pam-config for pam-auth-update & i got far enough but i couldn't get it to actually do what i wanted.

tf.s isn’t federating that correctly. Anyway, yes that goes into it as well. They can be ableist for multiple reasons. Especially considering wheelchair users who are on the spectrum and have difficulty with coordination & mobility. A lot of those people also have sensory issues. If you’re trying to wheel your autistic child into the bathroom on a wheel chair, and they’re easily overwhelmed by loud noises you can see how that could cause them to melt down.

Pro tip: for the maximum utilization of your fedi admins make sure that they all feel irreplaceable. If they take a break that nobody will take up the slack while they’re gone temporarily. This is conducive to making a healthy well established community because they’ll just burn out, either in a big poof of "fuck everyone I am out of here fuck you fuck you and fuck you" or they’ll just slowly lose sanity and become more and more distant. Make sure that you always personally involve them in everything even if it’s something that they should only be involved in on an administrative level. Make it feel like they’re trapped with nowhere to go because everyone relies on them.
(unjerk: I’m actually fine, but I know admins who are not so fine right now due to this same level of pressure).
