This is conducive to making a healthy well established community because they’ll just burn out, either in a big poof of "fuck everyone I am out of here fuck you fuck you and fuck you" or they’ll just slowly lose sanity and become more and more distant. Make sure that you always personally involve them in everything even if it’s something that they should only be involved in on an administrative level. Make it feel like they’re trapped with nowhere to go because everyone relies on them.
