Both those languages require deep technical understanding to do well. Don't put AI into the mix. It will mostly lead to headaches.
*I'm assuming by 'with AI' you mean writing code in these languages by prompting chatbots like ChatGPT, Claude, etc.
*If you are talking about assitants like GitHub Copilot, your mileage may vary depending on familiarity of the language, libraries you are using, and problem complexity. I've found its helpful under limited circumstances.

What do you mean by copy a windows file path in Linux? Do you mean copying a file that's on the Windows partition to the Linux partition/user home directory?
If that's what you want, there's nothing special, just open the file explorer you use normally, navigate to the windows partition, right click, copy, navigate to where you want to copy to, right click, paste.
If you are having finding the Windows partition, then we would need more info about your setup to suggest anything.

Did you change your router? Quite likely the issue is as described by Jay.
To find the new IP, you can either go to your routers admin console, and look at the list of active DHCP leases. Did you give your RPi a name? If so, that name should show up here. If there are no names, OS should be mentioned. Find the ones that say Linux, and try to login in one by one, when you have the correct IP, login will succeed.

There's a "report" option, I submitted a report every time, and the spam posts disappeared from my feed.
But I don't really know what happens when you submit a report. Maybe some kind of a scoring system is maintained by some of my relays 🤷 I doubt that can scale if nostr becomes popular tomorrow.

Linux supports a much wider set of hardware. I don't know how long you have used Linux, but I remember the time when making WiFi function would require a lot of work thanks to shit manufacturers (like Broadcom). That's not the case any more. But for that to work, it is messy when you are close to the hardware.

Nah, the scrollback buffer is pretty bad. It's pretty much the same as Screen, no improvement. I generally select and middle click paste rather than copy and paste.
You could give wezterm a try, it has a mux server. I haven't used it for multiplexing though, mostly because the servers I log into are a bit sensitive.
Locally I ditched tmux for kitty for most things. Don't get multiplexing, but otherwise a fantastic terminal. I still have one tmux session running for notes and admin stuff.

Strange, no ext4. I see another reply suggests XFS and Btrfs. I disagree with XFS, it is mostly meant for storing large files, whereas during common use with user files, and config, you get a lot of small files.
You could use Btrfs, while normally it is pretty stable, and has some advanced features like snapshots, when it does break, the recovery tools are really unfriendly for normal users. Since external drives are not usually very high reliability, I would be slightly hesitant. IMO, ext4 is the tried and tested, reliable choice.

Haven't you seen the news, a hardware profiling backdoor was discovered that is exclusively available to Google websites.

About your installation issue, all Fedora media has a check media option in the boot menu. Next time, use that to be certain and avoid wasting any time :⁠-⁠)
About installing multiple desktops, "heavy" really doesn't matter as long as you have disk space. I hope you upgraded the internal drive to a nice 1TB SSD, they are pretty cheap these days.
That said, since nowadays a desktop also provides certain services, sometimes having multiple desktops can clash on these services. I've found this to be the case if you install 2 "big" desktops, like Gnome & KDE, as opposed to, one "big" and other lightweight desktops. Often the desktops have a way around by enabling compatibility options. This is because often users might prefer one desktop, but want to use a major application from the other ecosystem. You have to find out about these compatibility options.
Unfortunately I can't help, I use XFCE, of course on Fedora!
PS: do checkout the flatpak options as well, specially if you have to use something proprietary. They are much better supported on non-Ubuntu systems.

What do you mean by cloud backup? Do you mean a directory on your system that's backed up or synced regularly? Or just an address online that you can use in your backup setup?
If it's the latter, and you are handy with rsync, have a look at rsync.net . Can't get better value. I think it also supports Borg backups, in that case you would even have a gui app to manage everything.

Corporate control. They can't "manage" a Linux laptop as easily as they can with Windows or Mac. It's freedom tech after all!
Thankfully I've never worked for such orgs. I could always wipe the default OS with my own favourite distro. But then, I don't earn shit ton of money luck some of these corporate jobs pay.

It depends on the application, but generally it's because it comes with a whole linux system. The promise is, the system layers can be reused by other applications when compatible (the org.freedesktop.*, org.gnome.*, org.kde.* stuff).
I've found that it generally works, but there's definitely some duplication, often due to slightly different versions. You can list these with `flatpak list --runtime`.
That said, I think the main culprit is actually the apps themselves. More often than not, it's shit electron apps that end up being packaged as flatpak. No matter how you package electron, it'll always be bloated.

I use Org mode in Emacs, mainly because it's plain text and I search through years of notes and documents in seconds using find, grep, ripgrep, etc, also trivial to version control plain text.
If I weren't an Emacs user, I would probably use markdown and any text editor. Actually at work, we do just that for our 5 person team.
Nowadays there are also nice (cross-platform) systems to organise markdown notes, like LogSeq or Obsidian.

Ah, haven't tried with VR. Just try it, I guess it will depend on driver support. I generally don't touch proprietary drivers (so no NVidia), but for VR NVidia could be better.
If I may add, dual booting, or live USB to switch to Linux rarely leads to success. If you are serious about switching, you need to commit to it. I used to dual boot for a long time, but I never really committed, around about 15 yrs ago I just went "wth, let's go for it, I'll learn stuff", and never looked back.
I would also say don't try lots of distros trying to find the perfect one. Just pick a mainstream distro, and go with it. I hear Mint or Pop_OS are good for starters. If you are a bit techy, you could try Fedora (that's what I use).

Have you tried Proton on Linux? Checkout https://www.protondb.com/ for games compatibility. The coverage is pretty darn good, e.g. Cyberpunk runs pretty smoothly. Where you'll hit a hurdle is anti cheats, but that's spyware anyway, people should stay away from them.

If I understood it correctly, essentially you encode into a rendering problem, compute, and decode back. I'm not aware of this technique. If you have a link, would love to read about it.
The encode decode overhead is the main bottleneck, but it could work, specially considering today's mobile SoCs are pretty powerful. One thing to consider would be how uniform is the API from one device to the next.

I would encourage you to not use a VM or dual boot. Often I've noticed people give up easily when they encounter a hurdle because it is very easy to go back to your old setup.
If you have a second computer, I would encourage you to install there, and try using it for everything. That way, you'll have more motivation to learn how to find your way around the new OS, and solve problems.
Note that "problems" are often because you want the new OS to behave the same way as your old one. That is the incorrect approach. Instead focus on, I used to do X task, how do I achieve that now?

The OP listed India, I've looked at the INR market quite a bit. Some years ago my order was the only order for several months before I gave up. Recently I've seen about 1-2 orders a month. That's not beginner friendly at all.
Also in Euro/USD markets, I see smaller amounts (< €100) often have close to 50% premium. You get more reasonable, say <10%, premium only if you are willing to go to above €400, again not so beginner friendly.
I found Peach Bitcoin a lot more beginner friendly when trading in Euros.

You are overthinking it. Git is the right tool for this. I presume you (and people who are following your work) also would like to track the changes you make. And just because you host a Git repo somewhere centralised, doesn't mean Git itself is centralised. A commit in a Git repo is uniquely identifiable, and impossible to modify without letting everyone with a copy know that it has been updated. And in that case, the other copies can be used to restore the original. It is in fact quite a bit like the Bitcoin.

What do you mean by doesn't allow dhcp config? You can always put your router behind the ISP router.
If you mean you won't get a public IP address, then that's correct, but you could work around it with dynamic DNS clients. If your ISP blocks incoming connections, then I'm afraid your options are Tor (too slow for mining), or a VPN hosted on a VPS provider like Linode (I've heard while not ideal, the latency is acceptable for mining)

I thought that's the difference with other BTC products like GBTC, that ETFs are 1:1 redeemable?
The way I see it, it still behaves like an IOU because the people/orgs who opt for an ETF do so because they want the option to custody, even though they're not going to do it by default.
As we have seen before, unless people actually self-custody, the custodian is likely to abuse that "trust".

Not sure why you're asking about enthalpy in the context of entropy. It's been a while for me, so hopefully this makes sense.
You could think of enthalpy as the capability to do work. So when it's written as U+pV, pV is the capability to do work. You can see it by looking at the dimensions, pV is dimensionally equivalent to F*∆x, which is the usual definition for work done for solid objects.
