yes and no. The court are more likely to be fair and balanced, but filling a court case has upfront costs, and in most jurisdictions that's probably going to be more than whatever conflict you have with Valve. At least in European countries you are usually able to get your money back *if* you win, but AFAIK that's not the case in the US.

when picking a social network people consider 2 things:
1 - The network effect (i.e. if the people they want to interact with are there)
2- If they are comfortable there
Mastodon and the fediverse grew because of the (2) but never enough for (1) to play in its favour.
So yes, the people that are ok with platforming literal nazis are the blocker to further explosive growth.
