yes and no. The court are more likely to be fair and balanced, but filling a court case has upfront costs, and in most jurisdictions that's probably going to be more than whatever conflict you have with Valve. At least in European countries you are usually able to get your money back *if* you win, but AFAIK that's not the case in the US.
