It’s a tool but “art” created by it is not art. Art comes from the soul and that is something a robot can never have regardless of how complex its “thought” process becomes. Imo, AI will never have true consciousness as they will always be a program trained to think in one way or another, and never really a human brain. Even if it can have “unique” thoughts it’s because someone told it to be able to do so, which is not consciousness.

Yeah it’s quite unfortunate. Some friends of mine ended up grabbing whole coins back when it was low and I should’ve followed suit, but didn’t have the capital or the commitment back then.
Also a Canadian here, Ontario based. I’m wishing on the stars I can eventually accumulate 1 whole coin and kicking myself in the ass constantly for not picking one up back when it was $7k cad a few years back, cuz this near $100k price whilst nice to see, hurts my wallet. 😮‍💨

I didn’t know this, thanks for sharing these stats! In terms of Bitcoin I believe holding is important however I also believe using it is important. At the moment I am focused with some other individuals on bringing more eyes to Bitcoin to help understand why it’s valuable and more useful than fiat currencies. The ideal situation is everyone using it and holding it, with it becoming the new standard. However I will definitely look more into how Monero works and how it might benefit me for private purchasing.

Relying on people losing their coins isn’t an inbuilt anti-inflation strategy. Plus if one assumes that understanding of these technologies as well as the importance of keeping them in safe locations & backing up your keys, that considerably less will be lost. Aside from this realistically the supply will continue to inflate faster than people will lose their coins. Personally, I’d rather place my bets on something with a maximum supply and a halved release rate at regular intervals so as to ensure inflation does not occur. Additionally, there is also always incentive for miners within that system, because the use of the system requires fees which get paid to the miners. Win win. I also advise others do the same.

Any time. I don’t use Primal and lean toward the opinion it’s better to use a separate app for your lightning wallet and connect it to your Nostr client for security reasons (if your nsec is compromised it keeps your coins safe because they’d also need your wallet data to import into the other app in order to spend), though I hope you can solve your issue with this. Edgewise my personal advice is to swap to Damus (iOS) or Amethyst (Android) and just use a different lightning app. Not super hard to set up and whilst I agree with your point on the friction for new users, we are still quite early in this protocols growth and there will definitely be an easier on-boarding approach in the future. People are building every day!
As for Bisq, I don’t use it as a wallet, but it’s a great P2P trading tool, though does have some caveats like needing some Bitcoin in the wallet first before being able to trade, which can lower your anonymity if you aren’t able to purchase KYC somewhere for this initial load up.

We aren’t sure! We opened our window and saw him sitting there moving very slowly, I think he may have gotten caught in the window when it was closed or was maybe stuck on something. His sluggish movements made me think he might be exhausted and need some food. After feeding him some honey water, he dipped himself into the water and cleaned himself off while drying in the sun, then eventually ended up flying and buzzing around us for a moment before flying off! 🤠

This is the fault and responsibility fallacy. The fault of the wrongdoing lies with the perpetrators, but the responsibility of dealing with the aftermath always falls on the victim. Even if the perpetrators are punished by law or else wise, the victims are responsible for managing themselves afterwards.
Ex: You open your front door and find a baby on the porch. Is that your fault? No. But is it your responsibility? Absolutely.
