My employer got acquired by a slightly bigger employer. They sent us new laptops. The instructions say to remember to export your PGP private key from your old computer and import it on the new one. With a USB stick, presumably, since any other method would be unhinged.
Every USB stick in this lab is supposed to be encrypted with the PGP key of its owner. The one that needs to be imported before Windows can mount it.
I went around begging until someone slipped me an unencrypted USB stick. It’s named “CONTRABAND.” 😂

How trash collection works in Amsterdam:
The dumpsters are completely underground except for an access chute. They have a big handle on top, and the garbage truck has a crane that attaches to the handle and lifts the entire dumpster over the truck; the bottom falls open to dump. It’s controlled by a wireless joystick held by the driver.
There’s separate glass and cardboard dumpsters, and completely free bulk trash pickup once a week. In the US I had to make a special trip to town hall and stand in a line to buy a sticker if I wanted to throw out a chair or something, here you just leave it by the dumpster on your designated day of the week. (There’s a cottage industry of salvagers who swing by to see if there’s anything worth saving)

Safety tip for visiting the Netherlands: is the sidewalk more red than gray? You’re actually standing on a bike path. There’s usually a gray path parallel to it for walking. Bikes can come up very quickly and quietly.
If a road for cars is red all the way across, that means cars and bikes are expected to share it as equals. If you are driving a car, slow down on red pavement and pay extra attention for bikes.
Edit: if you have difficulty judging colors, note that the walking path will always be outermost, closest to houses and trees; next comes bike paths and then roads for cars are innermost
