i appreciate the way @npub1l95…4g54 does takes and then boosts people's responses, even if she doesn't necessarily agree or fully agree. makes for good discussion and shows she's interested in people's opinions

days???? i'm literally every day remembering and agonising over and feeling resentment over tiny things (or series of things) which happened weeks, months, or years ago

yeah, i know what you mean
for me part of the reason is, after a long time of not being social, i'm starting to talk to people properly on various platforms - but it always spikes up for a few days or weeks, and then peters out - and i'm having trouble with my friendship feelings anyway, it's always been touch and go, but now i'm really affected by this thing where sometimes i can feel really affectionate towards someone, but then kind of emotionally disconnect from them and not want to talk, even when i've known them a long time... kinda feels like i can't rely on my emotions for much :/

I feel this all the time. It's a constant background struggle, I can tell my brain's judging everyone around me and I hate it. The thoughts get really invasive and start telling me horrible things, it's impossible to ignore them as hard as I try. Yet I don't hear this talked about at all, I don't know why it happens to me, it just leaves me feeling like a {*ist} person despite everything I can do to try to get better
