I feel this all the time. It's a constant background struggle, I can tell my brain's judging everyone around me and I hate it. The thoughts get really invasive and start telling me horrible things, it's impossible to ignore them as hard as I try. Yet I don't hear this talked about at all, I don't know why it happens to me, it just leaves me feeling like a {*ist} person despite everything I can do to try to get better
