The mystery of the disappearing peas seeds.
We put in over 300 pea seeds, surrounded them with 5ft polls and netting, polls in the middle of the patch and stringed them, we have about 40 peas come up??!!
Sitting at the allotment today we saw our resident Robin, fly over the net and in between the strings onto the ground looking for something.
We think the crafty 'b'ugger has eaten our pea seeds.
And they say animals are daft, no they are not.

We need all the 27 EU Nations to agree to new talks as well.
Workers Rights have been in my heart for all my life, I worked as a shoe Machinist for 21 years and I know that my Workers Rights improved when we voted to remain in the then Common Market, but so many in 2016 either did not know that or did not care.
We cannot just sit back down at the Top table and take up the very lucrative, bespoke Trade Deal we had with the EU.
We will return but not for a few years yet.

That means the USA will be in mourning when Trump is inaugurated.

The Labour government announced an increase in education spending of £11.2 billion from 2023/24 to 2025/26, with £1 billion earmarked for SEND funding Increased education spending.
In a cash strapped UK, this surely is better than nothing.
