@npub1k6h…0wx7 I'm a big fan of Harrier kit - thoughtfully designed and robust to heavy use. I've got their 10L pack (needed something big enough for mandatory race kit on longer/winter runs).

Back in Eryri for more #mountains fun. Horseshoe route in the Carneddau out of Bethesda. Summitted Carnedd Dafydd via Crib Lem/Llech Ddu Spur, then continued around the ridge to Carnedd Llewelyn and Yr Elen. Return was boggy and we wasted a kilometre or two looking for a river crossing that didn't seem to exist.

Visiting family in #Wales and managed to drag a few of them up the "easy" Pen y Fan path (still a strenuous hike, but a well constructed path and steady gradient). #mountains

5k PB today at a local Parkrun (22:24 according to Strava, image shows elapsed time). My training has been focused on distance/hills rather than pace, but wanted to benchmark fitness ahead of next training cycle.
It felt like tempo rather than threshold pace or higher. I suspect I could push faster, but plan was to run 4:30/pace and I stuck to it.
Perfect conditions. 8°C. Sunny, very little wind, flat course.
