Change your exercise to moderate for the few weeks after the vaccine and certainly after the infection.

The risk of long Covid per infection was higher early on during the pandemic, and when you had to be hospitalized.
However, many more people got infected with one of more of the Omicron variants, and even though the risk per infection may be lower, many more people now have long Covid from their Omicron infection.
No, it is still not safe to repeatedly catch Covid.

It has been argued that the other Coronaviruses that cause the common cold, are harmless.
This bit does not sound harmless to me:

Could it be that Covid sometimes makes people unaware of the seriousness of their medical condition (e.g., long Covid?).
It does seem to be the case for already existing neurological conditions.
