When a person takes exogenous hormones, their body will tend to stop producing said hormones, or at least decrease their production.
In the same way, I theorize that as we consume content, we are taking in exogenous thought.
Wouldn’t it then stand to reason that our brains would tend to contemplate less in accordance with how much of other people’s thoughts we consume , and therefore have less natural capacity for critical thinking?
Time spent in contemplation with oneself must be very important for a healthy mind.

I haven’t taken an ice bath in over a year.
When I’m honest it’s because I was scared of that discomfort after taking a break from this consistent practice. Time grew and so did my reluctance to get in.
I’ve committed to 7 days straight of ice baths just to inject that vitality back into my routine, and after day two I remember how powerful it is especially pre work out.

Saylot obviously see “the big idea” as the SoV at 450T and I agree. But he says MoE is worth 10T so how does logic not say that BTC is simply worth the 460?
Take for example people who want to live 100% on a Bitcoin standard. They have a stack that they have to peel bits off of as a result of converting all their income into BTC. They then spend on their necessities. With Layer 2s doesn’t BTC just eat MoE as well? I know it’s not worth as much as the capital aspect but the majority of people in the world aren’t wealthy enough to build a lot of capital they just want the little money they do earn to not be debased.
Maybe he would agree with that it’s just not exciting for him but I think the rest of the world would rather go eventually straight to lightning or e cash or whatever later 2 instead of a dollar

This is my first cycle.
This will be my first bull run.
I learned about the past cycles, having not been “in” them.
From what I now hear people much smarter than me saying about this cycle, is that it could be much different.
I think the wise thing to do is to have honest conversations with myself to prepare psychologically, so that I can just stay low key and stay thankful.
