Pretty happy with my weekend bake: 100% sourdough bread. Let it proof for too long so did not hold its shape but other than that great spotting and still ok rise in the oven.

Weekend bake turned out much better than expected. Sourdough was less powerful than usual but adapting rest time helped with the rise.

Die Geschäftsgeheimnisse die gehackt worden waren? Xplain schafft es ganz von alleine die Reputation vollends zu ruinieren. Vor Gericht sind sie erfolgreich, bei der IT Sicherheit deutlich weniger. Was für ein Trauerspiel diese Angelegenheit.
