here it is, a 2001 international IC3000, pics stolen from the bus's other former co-owner @npub1xse…lgk3 's facebook account (since i am on my phone and my old photos are on my computer). we got it for less than 2k from a government auction almost 10 years ago. the bus has since moved on to other owners. also pictured: 25 year old me at a thrift store.

my first zine club quarterly e-zine is done and send out to zine club members! it was quite fun to make...
it (of course) exists as a downloadable, drm-free PDF file. but, for my own amusement and to provide an option for a more zine-esque reading experience, i made a webpage version using a javascript library that creates a cheesy skeuomorphic page-turning effect. it's quite silly, but/and it makes me smile. here is a tiny preview...

i think it's been long enough since i mailed them that i can share the first Zine Club Mystery Object without spoiling the surprise... so here it is: stickers!!
really liked how these came out, i want to make more of the TV ones especially.

for full manual control someone in my class recommended ProCam. i believe it costs money but it offers support to shoot in raw and adjust shutter speed etc.
i have not used it as i am on ios but i have found that the more manual camera apps tend to not have the horrible looking AI sharpness filter things that most of the default smartphone camera apps do now...
