That’s why AWS started ASDI in 2016, to host open sustainability data so it wouldn’t go away. I helped fund/run it for a while. https://aws.amazon.com/opendata/ - there are also similar programs at Azure and GCP.

Any car is good, doesn’t need to be sporty, it’s about the driver learning things like what it’s like to skid and recover safely, no trucks or SUVs though.

#WeirdCarMastodon there’s an introductory performance #DrivingSchool running on Sunday Oct 20th at Salinas Airport that has space for more attendees. It’s very good for new/young drivers and people who haven’t tried #Autocross or #trackday driving before. Lots of fun, people bring their kids for a day out. I’ve had that Japan album since it was new, and it’s one I return to, still sounds fresh and interesting. I didn’t really expand into other music by them for some reason though.

I’ve got ~20 years of collected content on technical topics that is all public. I’ve assembled it into a somewhat organized form so that it could be used to train an #LLM to answer questions by referring to and summarizing what I’ve said over the years. Years ago (living in California) I used to buy a big box of fireworks around now then keep them until November 5th (when it’s dark earlier and has usually rained a few times) - we had some good Guy Fawkes parties.
