For mig er det luksus at kunne plukke forskelligt flerårig eller selvsået grønt i haven og drivhuset til påskefamiliebrætspilsaften. Det eneste jeg har pulset om er sidste års grønkål. Den ligger an til at blomstre nu og smager sødt og kun lidt kålbitter.

@npub14k2…ed68 @npub1k34…z4y9 spring sown crops where down, winter sown crops where not too bad. But harvest was late and wet so expensive to dry (money and co2wise). It was a weird start of 2023 too extremely wet soil delayed the sowing as we could not use the machines in the field. Actually we got all the rain in the wrong times. Please, could we get less of 2018+2023 and more of 2019-2022 (the later in dk terms, south Europe would probably like to avoid 2022 too)?

@npub1zva…e2q5 not so fun fact: almost half of the co2 emissions since the start of the industrial revolution has been emitted since COP1. We waisted so much time.

@npub150l…r96e I have discovered that if I avoid fast sugars I can eat kale and garlic and all of the fodmaps 😍. Sadly that excludes watermelon too. I had lots of benefits from low fodmap for years though.

@npub1hpc…hjn3 this year is not an easy one for starting a garden. It’s perfect for communicating why we should transform the way we garden through. Are you allowed to plant a sign there? So that the company doesn’t lose their way into your community space again.

@npub1hpc…hjn3 ahh yes, I was thinking of war on DK soil and my own close family, and got a bit carried away. The number of Danes directly involved in war has of course increased since the’90’ies.

@npub1hpc…hjn3 ❤️ it also showcases what can be achieved if we stop fighting. Man, we are sooo privileged to be living in relative peace for so long. Eg I haven’t met anyone in my own family truly and directly affected by war. Of course other traumatic events have happened, and a few Danes where actually directly involved in WW1 and 2. But in the main that is at 4 generations of peace and counting in my living memory.
