Man, we are sooo privileged to be living in relative peace for so long. Eg I haven’t met anyone in my own family truly and directly affected by war. Of course other traumatic events have happened, and a few Danes where actually directly involved in WW1 and 2. But in the main that is at 4 generations of peace and counting in my living memory.
