I've had terrible arthritis since my early 30's and no doctor I've seen has been able to tell me why. All the medical establishment has been able to offer me is pain medicine and injections and I said "fuck that" to all that.
The only thing that keeps it at bay is taking care of myself. When I'm feeling shitty I just need to:
1) Drink water
2) Eat quality protein
3) Excercise or at least go for a walk
4) Cut out the sugar - it's delicious but basically poison
5) Ignore it

If we have any sense as a civilization we'll look back on vaccines the way we now think of using leeches to cure disease.
