Lots of minced grass fed beef and eggs.
I started buying too many juicy fatty steaks and found the money disappeared quickly 😂
Slow cooked blade roast and mince keeps it affordable.
I’ve found a grass fed online butcher I can order in bulk in Aus which will help.
Pork roast is pretty cheap here also. I think they recommend just red meat but I can’t give up my pork belly with crackling 😬
It’s been completely life changing for me and I was paleo before.

Tech like AI and biotech could be exponential…particular this protein design for age reversal. Plenty of money in that area….oh and AI driven governance systems.
Material science could upend everything in construction….and stealth tech stuff.
I’ve also read about these room temp semi-conductors that could completely change energy transmission.

When someone says “the market will decide”.
It seems to imply that whatever happens is inevitable, rather than a result of decisions made by policymakers or corporations.
If you’re analytical, it feels dismissive. It shuts down further conversation, as if there’s no point in exploring how to influence or improve the system.
