its a good point to ask why people are so stressed. When I was 21, I thought, "I had better MAKE IT by age 25. That's my time limit - I must make it by 25." Then 25 came and I got fired from a high-paying job shortly thereafter. The anxiety from getting fired & deviating from my timeline went away when I learned to shrug it off. I guess I wasn't ready to MAKE IT at age 25. No problem. We're all gonna make it someday, just maybe not today. That's my thoughts on people being so stressed. They have to learn to shrug things off and stay engaged in the present instead of constant unproductive rumination over runaway daydreams.
