Hmm, I just found #cryptmount as a Linux package. Let's try this. Currently some keys are stored plain-text but at least on a #LUKS -encrypted /home/ RAID1 (yes, you can chain that) where the #GnuPG key is stored on an USB stick.

relay.snort.social is what I have found out a paid relay. When your handle (I guess public key) isn't registered there, you don't have access on it.
With the others I have also seen them offline. Maybe the admin has stopped having interest in nostr or cannot effort it anymore to pay the server.

It comes mostly in through badly configured relays. Unfortunately, not all administrators are good in this. Spammers abuse security holes for their "campaigns", nothing personal on you.

Your relay is very unfortunately full of Chinese spam messages. They are looking all the same way and want you to register with a website outside nostr. It is always one account (automatically created) that posts just one message. Once I left your relay, my /global feed was much more usable.
