It feels right that Nashville is carrying the torch but I do wish bitcoiners appreciated those libertarians in NH who made it ALL possible. Well, I blame moon seekers. The pivot point was the arrest of Ross Ulbricht. All the shit can be traced back to then. If I had any doubts about how weak the herd (of bitcoiners) had become at that point, they were dispelled spring of 2016. 2 things I've learned and mostly adhere to: I create boundaries for me to stay within as well as to keep others out; they are not to force people in or keep me out. <- That wisdom took decades of fuck ups to reach. In 2011, I was sent to NYC to interview OWS occupiers on behalf of the Civil Disobedience Evolution Fund, which was disbanded out of fear of getting walloped by The State. No, it is you who not understand. Monetary policy is the binding authority of a nation state as it pertains to the control and supply of money, exchange, and commerce. Bitcoin undermines that with frictionless, cross border, 3rd party trustless transactions.
