2 things I've learned and mostly adhere to: I create boundaries for me to stay within as well as to keep others out; they are not to force people in or keep me out. <- That wisdom took decades of fuck ups to reach. Forgiving everyone is the answer to peace, and that includes yourself. Of course, forgiving oneself requires first an admission of guilt.
I also do not trust people who have not looked into the abyss and discovered how truly awful they can be. It takes courage, grace, humility and a sincere willingness to be squeezed. But if you endure the press, you get good oil. Work on being oily and the bread will stick while the baloney slips away. (bwahaha, I am high and am going to leave this as is without reading or editing. What a windbag! 😂 ❤️)
