Today's #aperitivo #aperitif si the Hearts on Fire from Death&Co.
30ml pisco
15ml vodka
15ml Acqua di Cedro
15ml grenadine
15ml fresh lemon juice
Vegan foamer
Dry shake all the ingredients, then shake again with ice. Double strain into a chilled coupe. Express the orange twist over the drink and discard.
This is a great one, albeit a tad too sweet, but sooo complex and enjoyable! Recommended

I think this one is the only good thing made by the Futuristi movement in Italy (year, also some good paintings and sculpture, but from the political point of view...)

It's not so easy to have some spare Sauternes, but it could happen. So here it is, the Caipirinha d'uva!
Half a lime chopped
6 fresh red grapes
3 barspoon of fine sugar
22,5ml Sauternes
60ml cachaça
Muddle the first 3 ingredients in a tumbler, then add the remain ingredients and ice and sizzle briefly.
It's a good one, and don't believe there is too much sugar: the drink is perfectly balanced.

22,5ml lemon juice
15ml simple sirup
2 dashes of Angostura bitter
Islay peated whisky to float
Shake the first 5 ingredients and strain in a tumbler with a big chunk of ice, add a barspoon of peated whisky to float and garnish with a lemon twist.
Great aperitif indeed! Highly recommended!

Tonight's #aperitivo #aperitif is taken from the great book 'Tha Martini Cocktail' written by Robert Simonson: the Trash-Tini:
20ml gin Xoriguer
20ml Vodka
20ml Luxardo bitter bianco
20ml Bordiga dry vermouth
2 dashes of celery bitter (subs with olive bitter)
2 dashes of sherry vinegar (subs with half spoon of onion brine, also to subs the charred onion infusion for the vermouth 😁).
Stirr&Strain in a chilled coupe (the recipe wanted it on the rocks) and garnish with olives and pickle onions.
When you are undecided between a #Martini and a #Negroni, but you know you want a savory one, try this one! Highly recommend!

Coat a chilled coupe with vermouth dry, then pour the gin you prefer straight from the freezer et voilà, the drink is ready.
Tonight the garnish of the cocktail is an olive and a lemon twist (discarded).
